Its a genuine survey site that let's you earn real money. Surveys are varied with lots of different topics. Rewards variation could be better with more merchants to select.

I have been a member of OPINIONWORLD for many years and I have enjoyed participating in the surveys and redeeming points for gift vouchers. Recently I encountered some difficulties logging in / changing password. I sent a request help message through the website and I received a reply email the next day. Within another day the issue was resolved. I am impressed by the prompt and efficient service I received to help me through my login difficulty.

Survey links are more often to be broken lately in the middle of the questionnaires. Customer Service is responsive and had it resolved immediately but the technical issues are really requiring more attention

I had completed a survey but a technical error resulted in no points awarded to me. The customer service agent was prompt in investigating the cause and awarding the points due to me.

I had been using Opinion World for some time now. Recently, when I want to redeem my rewards, I was told to verify myself before I can redeem. However, for whatever reasons, my verification was not successful. As such, I am no longer able to log in. I have about S$60 still to redeem. But Opionion World has suspendend my account.

I’ve been using OpinionWorld for a few months and always get my rewards quickly. It’s a reliable way to make some extra pocket money!

The opinion world is very informative and it has allow me to express my thoughts and opinions on the things happening in my life,I really appreciate it and I hope more users will be able to use this platform to express their own very opinions or suggestions

OpinionWorld is a good paid to do surveys place.

Many times after filling in the information and spending 8-10 min on the survey message comes *thank you* will suggest as time a involved at least award some points for that.

Happy to do surveys provided by OW. it will be nice to have a bar to indicate the % of completion during the survey.

Generally the site has worked as it should. Some of the surveys were quite enlightening and educational
