I am delighted with the shooting glasses that were ordered remotely; a high quality product that are fit for purpose.
My only negative comment in what otherwise would have been fantastic service delivery was that the glasses were slower to arrive than expected; probably caused by situation outside of the control of Optilabs. That said when I raised this issue with customer services team, they took appropriate action and then kept me informed of likely delivery thereon.
I would definitely recommend Optilabs to others for direct and online purchases; a company you can trust.

I wanted glasses for cycling and general use. I chose the Ray-Ban Justin with varifocal lenses. I sent along my prescription when I placed the order. The glasses were delivered within 10 days and are amazing.

When I was ordering, the lens option information said that the Ultra-dynamic Transitions® GEN S™ was available for bifocal lenses, but it didn’t let me pick this combination. Optilabs responded quickly to my query, and the information on the website has now been corrected. The glasses arrived within the 14 working days specified on the thank you for your order email. I’m disappointed that the transitions lenses aren’t available any more. The polarised lenses I got work well but are a bit dark for my early morning cycle commute.

Straight forward, quick service and the glasses I got with the driveware lenses are perfect for my fishing.

I recently purchased my first pair of Optilabs sports glasses.
As a regular clay pigeon shooter I needed to upgrade my old prescription glasses. Previously I had used the insert type, behind an outer filter lens, however I never really got on with them.
For the new ones I chose the 'Optilabs Cirrus' curved glasses, with varifocal prescription lenes, and I can honestly say, I couldn't be more pleased with them, and at such a fantastic price compared to other leading brands.

Prompt and reliable service, expertly produced glasses. I have two pairs of Optilabs glasses, both of which help me continue to play tennis.

Despite confusion over the prescription which was my fault, Optilabs paid for the return of my glasses, fitted a newly made lens with the right prescription and very quickly and efficiently returned the new pair to me free of any extra charge.
Absolutely top drawer service and really easy to deal with.

Great comms and service along with a top product

I have been using Optilabs for years to buy prescription cycling/sailing sunglasses and they have always provided an excellent service.

As I have a small face I found their "try before you buy" service extremely helpful in finding a frame (Delta) that doesn't allow too much rushing air to get into my eyes when cycling downhill but still provide some ventilation.

The ordering process was easy, smooth and efficient and I am very pleased with my new sunglasses.

Really straightforward try and return service. Chose the Edge frames straight away. About a week later they came. Really impressed by the clarity and clearness of the lenses. I went with varifocals, as i really didnt fancy a line in the middle that getting bifocals would of meant. I was a bit worried, because they warn you that varifocals may distort your perception of things on the bike. I must say however, that I haven't noticed this in the slightest. I also went for photochromic lenses. These work brilliantly, and I have used them in the dark, down country lanes, with no problem. I got caught in a heavy shower too, and didn't experience any misting. I've also been on a long run in them, snd was very happy with the lack of movement on the face as I ran. All in all, a top buy. A very happy customer
