Felt Like a Scam Once I Needed a Return
Buying from Orionrides was easy. Trying to return something? That's where the nightmare started.
What Orionrides doesn't make clear upfront is that you can't simply return an item. First, you have to go through a process of requesting permission to return it, and then you're expected to pay to ship it all the way back to China at your expense. By the time you find this out, you've already spent your money and are stuck with a product you may not want.
The return policy feels intentionally designed to discourage returns. If a company knows customers could end up paying a fortune to send products overseas, that information should be front and center before the purchaseânot buried in the fine print.
A return policy that requires customers to practically beg for approval and then pay international shipping costs is not customer serviceâit's a deterrent. Had I known the true return process beforehand, I never would have ordered from this company.
Buyer beware: read every word of the return policy before purchasing, because once they have your money, getting it back may be far more difficult and expensive than you'd expect.

Super cute but not great quality
I ordered a womenâs MTB shirt and is supper cute but the material is a little flimsy and the buttons donât keep from having gaps in the chest. I also ordered a pair of mountain biking socks and they are super cute but, when riding bunch up at the toe of the foot. The styles are cute but not sure i would order anything else. The shipping also takes forever to arrive as it is shipped directly from china.

Never Received The Product.
Order fulfillment was miserably slow with no communication whatsoever. When I finally got a response back from customer service they said that an item had been out of stock so they held up the whole order. The order finally shipped, from China, which took quite some time. Finally the order made it to my town and the final mile service kept claiming that my address was incorrect.
I verified my address multiple times with both the delivery service (uniuni) and OrionRide. They both just kept asking me if the address was correct.
I provided explicit delivery instructions including the street intersection where my house is. They both just kept asking to verify my address
I disputed the charge with my credit card company and several times told OrionRide to cancel the order. They asked me to verify my address, and then offered to ship me a new order if I would pay the delivery charge.

Belt loop missing and poor english on stickers
The shorts are good but there are only 2 belt loops at the front left and right. There is not one at the back - this is poor. The shirt is nice. Not yet worn. And the Free stickers are pointless as the english is very poor, not checked. That's a shame.

Wesley was very helpful in remedying a fit issue with one of the shirts. I ordered a shirt according to the size guide but it was too big. They said they would send me one in the correct size and it arrived in the window that was stated. I have received several compliments on the shirts.
