Incorrect item received/ replacement sent out immediately

Perfect shirts for gravel biking and trail running
I ordered from the Netherlands, so I had to wait a little while for the shirts to arrive, but they were absolutely worth the wait. The prints are great, the fit is excellent, and everything was exactly as described on the website.
Eric kept me updated on the shipping status via WhatsApp, which was really helpful and much appreciated. Overall, a great experience. I’m very happy with these shirts and use them not only for gravel biking, but also for trail running.

When I reviewed my order I realised I had ordered the wrong size. I quickly contacted Customer Services to ask for this to be changed before posting. Anne responded that this was done to which I'm grateful.
Still waiting for the delivery....so proof will be in the pudding.

Orionride - Excellent customer service
I purchased two pieces of cycling gear from Orionride. Unfortunately they were too big for me. I contacted customer support about returning the items.
Support staff member Wesley replied immediately and offered to send out replacement items in a smaller size straight away, no hassles.
Orionride has great customer service, fast and efficient.

Jersey came within a reasonable amount of time. Material isn’t particularly thick, which is perfectly fine for summer. Overall, very well constructed and print looks great. Fit is snug, but it’s Lycra so it’s fine.

Great kit
Shipping, delivery and order process was simple easy and straightforward.
Ordered shorts and the shirt.. shorts are great and comfortable but for some reason have only 2 belt loops in the front and no belt loops in the back.. Seems like a serious design flaw for an otherwise great garment.

I found this website on Google! I ordered the jacket for my husband for Father’s Day, so he doesn’t have it yet! However , I’d like to say that the fabric and design of the jacket are great! Only one pocket in the back, but others in front will be sufficient. My delivery was very timely and communication was excellent. I recommend this company!

I bought the Orionride Shadow Flowers…
I bought the Orionride Shadow Flowers Ultra Lightweight Gravel Shirt a couple of months ago. I have been wearing it for trail running in the Canadian Badlands region, where I live, and I really love this shirt. The fabric is really light and breathable. This is the first collared shirt I have worn for running and I really like the more structured fit as opposed to wearing a t-shirt. It is great to have buttons to open for heat management. It is often cool in the mornings here where I need a baselayer and then scorching hot in the afternoons and this shirt is fantastic for layering or on its own. It wicks moisture and dries well so it never feels heavy with perspiration. I am 6' 3" and 280lbs and the loose fit of the shirt is perfect, and it doesn't feel tight or too big. I will definitely be buying a couple more of these as the gravel shirts will be my go to for ultrarunning. I am a fan of the wide variety of colours and patterns. It took about 3 weeks to get the shirt after I ordered it which is well worth it to get something like this at this particular price point.

The sizing is a little off for me. even though the waist fit well the padding was too bulky and didn't sit properly while riding. It was like wearing a diaper.
