Output Arcade is Awesome

I've been a producer for years and have tons of samples and Virtual synthesizers. I compose pop, classical and a range of other genres. There are times when you have an idea and you load up Arcade and it just compliments the idea you had perfectly. I don't need to search for a tone and then shape it and then play it. It gave me exactly what I didn't know that I needed, but it was exactly what I needed. So many ideas professionally recorded and sampled! I just love it. Just decide on the key and search through the ideas. The search function is intuitive and gets you what you want quickly! The creative juices don't stop! I can't say that for other virtual instruments! This is simply AWESOME! Every producer should use Output Arcade!!

I've been using Output plugins for years. During the lockdown period I discovered "Arcade". It was love at first "beat"! Last week "Arcade" suddenly stopped working. I sent a message to the support team and they helped me to solve the problem. I wanna say thanks to William for his availability and kindness!

I have had a technical issue with registration which caused me pay more than I should over a period of about two years. William from the support team got back to me within a day providing with solutions willing to refund me despite the long period, and even compensated me for the trouble. He made sure I was satisfied and took care of the situation in a highly admirable way and I am very thankful for that. Thanks!!! BTW your products are super cool!

The first time today I searched this website is because money has been taken from my account and I don't even have an idea what's this website about?
Of course I am contacting my bank to get my money back as I didn't even know this company's name before my money went off my account without my knowledge. Total SCAMMERS

I was going through my bank account and I noticed this 99 dollar charge from Output.com and I have no idea how this happened. I didn't sign up with them. I believe my credit card was compromised by someone else. I am waiting on an immediate refund.

The help here is second to none. Whoever Jake S. is lol was very knowledgeable the first and only time I've had to reach out for help. It's so nice to talk to someone in support who actually uses their products.

Fast, efficient, thorough and courteous. What more could you want from customer support?

Wont let you cancle your subscription, unauthorised payments, worst customer service

William went above and beyond...actually, way, way above and beyond. I was looking at the desk pictures and I saw all of the gear in the rack slots. I emailed the pics to Output.com and asked if anyone knew what gear was in the pic. Keep in mind, I’ve yet to purchase anything so I never expected to get a return email, let alone a list of the gear. Not only did William respond and send me a detailed list, he identified each item in the desk rack and sidecar with a link so I could see the product for sale. He also offered to answer any follow up emails from me. This type of customer service is unheard of today. I'm definitely buying a desk, sidecar and speaker stands from them...and they just got a customer for life.

Excellent products and outstanding customer service from Tim! I purchase the sidecar and had an issue with one of the parts which was addressed and resolved by Tim immediately. Thank you Tim for making this such a great experience!

Why is no one at this review page talking about the amazing sounds and loops? The quality is excellent, it is easy to use and you can easily adjust any sound you want, put it in your DAW and make good stuff! What more do you guys want? Yes, you pay for it. Do you have any idea how much more and money its cost to out this program on the market? Ok then...

I purchased their music production desk (platform and sidecar). My experience was great. The desk itself is very thoughtfully designed and well made. Took a fair bit of assembly, but overall they exceeded my expectations and I’m loving my new music workstation!
