Excellent service

William is awesome. I had a question about updating Arcade. I heard back from him a few hours after sending my request. So a super quick response time and the problem was solved!! Thank you William and Output!!

William is the man, and I see he's helped others on here. Real talk he saved me several more hours of banging my head into the F'n wall. Not to mention Output as a company makes killer presets and engines!

Never heard of them, have no account, yet had two payments taken by them from my credit card in Australia.

I had a great experience with William at Output who was always quick to reply to my many many inquiries about Arcade and helpful in guiding me to solutions. He was also quite open to hearing suggestions for future features (multi-timbrality for example) in Arcade. William and others at Output make the customer service experience very welcoming and even collaborative. Thanks, William for being awesome!

Two Thumbs Up

So I’m a working musician
 not a handy man, I purchased the output platform desk, and while I was assembling it my remedial craftsmanship showed up and I completely ruined the left leg of the desk.

When I contacted Output late at night an associate named Tim contacted me first thing in the morning and instantly began helping to get a resolution for the issue. He worked out a custom invoice to fix the situation.

It went from a negative experience to a total positive one overnight! Tim was fast, kind, and knowledgeable! 10/10 I am impressed again by the nature of this company! Thanks Output for a badass desk, thanks Tim for being a badass!

From Product integrity to responsive Customer Service, Top Notch Service All The Way!

I purchased a Sideboard for my new turntable and part of my vinyl collection, even though I was hesitant due to the long lead times for production and shipping. I'm happy that I decided to because the shipment arrived almost two weeks ahead of schedule. That's a significant plus for me since I've been so used to doing all my shopping in person before COVID. During transit, a shelf was damaged (by no fault of the team at Output, everything was packaged brilliantly, it was apparent it was due to poor handling while en route.) I purchased the Sideboard for aesthetic purposes and was more than happy with the options to resolve provided by Tim. I've got a new shelf on the way, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole experience end to end, most notably the product itself. Classic, upscale design, solid materials, it's super swanky; I admit I smile every time I walk past it; I like it that much!

Absolutely useless customer service

Absolutely useless customer service. Signed up for the free trial but cancelled it before it ran out as I realised I would notuse arcade. 3 weeks later I was charged for the full years subscription. I tried contacting output over 10 times by now but there response times is about 7-10 days per email, I have been told twice now that I will be refunded but it has not come through, stay away. This has been going on for 2 months and is still not sorted

UPDATE 08/23/2021: Hello! I did some digging and it looks like when you signed up a second time in March, you did not get the 30-day trial, as it is for new customers only. We make that very transparent upon starting your subscription back up. Subsequently, we attempted to resolve this after several emails, but your form of payment was rejecting your refund, however, we were able to get this taken care of ultimately on April 27th. I've had a great experience with Output! I love Analog Strings. They have made fantastic work on it. There are so many sounds in one virtual instrument. I may say it's not a virtual instrument, but the sound engine. It was my first purchase. Then, I have decided to buy Substance, because I needed a bass engine so badly. A few months later, I have decided to buy the Output Bundle, but for me Exhale, Rev and Signal were outdated, so I asked for a refund, and they have refunded. I don't understand these reviews below. Apparently, some people barely know how to use the internet.

Output Sidecar - Mostly as expected

I purchased an Output Sidecar. It was mostly was as expected.
Overall I'm happy with this piece of furniture.

Equipment & cables that were previously on my desk or on the floor now have home.

- I had one question for customer support on assembly and they got back to me a day or two later, but I had figured it out myself by then.
- Claims 12U of rack space. I used 4U for sliding drawer, leaving 8U. They do not however mention that provided rails are 3U each, so only 6U would have been available using the provided rails. I purchased my own 8U rail and but had to cut it down slightly to actually fit.
- Clearances on rails are very tight. I don't think you should expect the full 12U. I got somewhat less than that because of where the pre-drilled holes are.
- Cable Hanging area only has 3 pre-drilled places it can go. This seems like an oversight. I put it lower outside of the pre-drilled range and it seems to work fine there.
- Assembly instructions require careful review. while the video is entertaining it's a bit sparse on details such as which holes to use at some points.
- Furniture may not be disassembled. Moving it may be difficult.
- Furniture feet could be better. They have little rubber feet which will not slide or roll on carpet.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Cancelled my subscription weeks before the deadline, ARCADE have continued to attempt to debit my account FIVE TIMES since then, I have emailed customer service NO ANSWER just emails to say WE HAVE TRIED TO DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT AGAIN... It's clearly a SCAM

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! You buy their product, it's not working as it should, you send a support request Noone will answer you!
This is honestly the worst customer service u can think of!
I would love to cancel my yearly subscription as the plugin is not working. But they won't allow you that!

Output Arcade subscription scam

It's on you to know when to cancel your subscription for Output Arcade. If you cancel early you will have paid for nothing. I cancelled my Arcade Output subscription 3 days after purchase and now I cannot use it anymore.

In short, I paid 10 euro and got to use it for 3 days. Complete rip-off, even if they state it clearly on the website. This should not be acceptable or even legal.

Customer support is not present because there is never a response. Avoid this company at all costs.

Hello Marnix! I did some digging to make sure this was resolved, and it looks like it was. Although it is clearly stated that once a subscription is cancelled, access is revoked, we did make an exception in your case and refunded that monthly charge when our official policy is that they are non-refundable. We work very hard to do what is right by the customer. Although it took a few days to respond, as ticket volumes are generally high, we did resolve your Feb 15th request by Feb 18th. Charge you for nothing

The moment you cancel their Subscription you can't use it anymore although you paid till the end of the Month.

So they'll charge you money and refuse their service.

Edit: After 5 Months they generously refunded the charged amount.
