Leider ist meine Bestellung zu spät angekommen. Ich habe sie im Expressverfahren gegen zusätzliche Gebühren rechtzeitig aufgegeben. Der garantierte Liefertermin wurde nicht eingehalten und ich musste einen Auftrag absagen, da die Lieferung nicht rechtzeitig eintraf. Schade, dass lediglich der AI-Assistent "großes Verständnis für meinen Ärger hat"...Keine Empfehlung.

They used to great, but the last two times I ordered, my items were delivered 3 days late, defeating their use or purpose. I use overnight prints because sometimes I need something OVERNIGHT. Their play is to make a shipping label and then say that they are waiting for fedex to pick up the item. In reality my order wasn't ready yet so they hadn't shipped it.

I had a pretty disappointing experience with Overnight Prints. I ordered business cards for a client and paid extra for next-day delivery because timing was critical. Unfortunately, the cards didn’t arrive until 4 days later, which put me in a tough spot professionally.

I reached out to customer service to request a refund for the expedited shipping I paid for, since the service clearly wasn’t delivered as promised. After slow response times, they told me they could only offer a store credit instead of a refund, which was frustrating.

Delays can happen, but when you’re paying for overnight service, especially for client work, you expect reliability or at least proper accountability. Overall, not the experience I expected, and I’d be cautious relying on them for time-sensitive projects.

I have used OvernightPrints 3 times over the years, and the first 3 were absolute gems. This time, the cards were printed off-center (I was within the bounds and perfectly centered), and the quality is noticeably degraded (and yes, I still have a few of the cards I printed with them last time, and they are SO much sharper). I can't imagine someone downgrading their printers. Either way, the cards did not print well, and I am not a happy camper.

EDIT: Thank you for the reply overnight prints. I will send photos of this round of business cards. And assuming we can resolve this issue, I will update my review here accordingly.

Another perfect experience!

Shocking service. Waited over a month and when I contacted them they told me my order had been cancelled. No reason given and still waiting for my refund.

The service, price and the timely shipping were great. The colors on the business card were not as rich and did not pop as much as our first order, so a bit disappointed about that.

I placed 4 business card orders. All 4 were missing our company name even though it was showing on the proof. Only 2 of the orders were corrected. So in the end we paid for 2 orders of business cards that were garbage and those employees had no business cards for the convention we attended. There was no phone number to call so I used the ticketing system. Multiple tickets were closed with no response to my request.

Alright trustworthy and helpful - and tends to arrive early!

Excellent Customer Service! I ordered 2000 Mini Business Cards (third order) and when received box end was busted open leaking out cards during the shipment. After counting and finding my order had lost 250, I sent photos of the damaged box, shipping label, and the counted leftover labels. Overnight Prints reprinted 250 and shipped them to me! I can't recommend them enough and will continue to order thru Overnight Prints.

Overnight Prints web site is easy to use with an excellent design interface so you know what to expect before you order. I ordered overnight delivery late in the day just to be sure we got the shipment that week, and it came the morning of the second day which was fine. Overall excellent site and service.

Regular customer... good quality and service

I've ordered many times in the past but something has definitely changed. The quality of the cards is way below what they used to be. i ordered the exact same order and the new cards are misaligned on many of them, ok on some, but not consistent at all. The edges aren't well finished, they are flared like a hole punch and not clean cut. The half sheet cards i ordered are also misaligned with the border not consistent at all. This was particularly bothersome as the order was placed on hold twice because the picture wasn't exactly the correct size, and no one at their facility could enlarge it to the full bleed, it just needed to be zoomed in a little, but you cant do that with their online software. Something that simple was always cleaned up in the past, I used the same jpeg that was on file.
