Terrible delivery. Chat offered me a $30 "gift certificate" on my next purchase. I made contact with customer service 3 times. They send your information to a team member. They dont reply. On hold forever. Chat person does not come back on line. Extremely slow chat. Finally resolved for $45 dollar shipping credit...I hope. This company should be put out of business. This from a retail process consultant of 30 years working nationally and internationally. Breakdown in entire process. Initial chart wait time. Time to resolved. Terrible rinky dink AI person before chat.No on-site review process. CS people complete lack of a good CS process. At least, VP responsible should be fired today. Hire a very good consultant. Get IT involved and do process reengineering!

Really disappointed in delivery... estimated Delivery was Dec 1st, but the fliers didn't arrive until Dec 15th! Not good enough, and it missed the deadline it was needed for

Reliability plus and consistent quality

I used to order regularly from you, but it got increasingly difficult to place orders and get them approved. I needed these business cards and thought I would just QUICKLY reorder them… but it was anything but quick. I kept getting error emails and was unable to open them. Finally I did and the order got processed, but I ordered a reorder on 11/17 and just got them today… do you think that is good service?

I needed my business cards for an event and requested the fastest delivery. The cards were very similar to cards I have purchased twice before where the background image bleeds to the edge. I didn't see the email about the cards being flagged for bleeds and I think that held up my order. When the cards didn't arrive by 3 days after the requested date, I contacted the service dept and asked for a refund on the additional price I paid for expedited shipping. When the package finally arrived, I saw that your production team had altered the art on their own instead of just printing what was there, that had worked fine previously. I am unhappy with the result. I sent several photos but they were rejected by the team. At this point, I would just like the credit or a payment for the expedition fee (@ $30) and I will reprint at a later date. I have used OvernightPrints many time and referred many clients to you so I would appreciate your understanding in this matter. Please let me know how er can resolve this as soon as possible.

They turned out great. They look nice, good quality and they came quickly.

I have used Overnight Prints for a number of years and every time they have performed exactly as expected and provided excellent product and service.

I emailed twice and didn't hear back. The spacing was off on the mini cards.

The postcards I ordered look great & came in a timely manner! My only disappointment is that the black ink from the front (the design I ordered had a solid black front with a design on it) smudged on to the back of a few of the cards. No big deal, but I'll have to remember not to order anything with a solid black front again.

The cards were perfect, and arrived on time as expected

The order was processed promptly and delivered a bit ahead of schedule, affording some extra time to send out on our end.

Ordered Tuesday 11/18 and paid extra $110 to “buy it now and get it tomorrow” with expectation to get Thursday 11/20. Received on 11/25 in the afternoon. This was a Thanksgiving card to be included with a gift that needed shipped to customers. Because arrived so late (Tuesday before Thanksgiving) we had to scramble for alternative. “Customer service” is an overseas chat. Phone number in Las Vegas is disconnected. No other phone option is available.
When registered complaint I was offered $50 store credit.

This is the second time I have used overnight and the second time I upgraded to expedited shipping. Both times the package arrived later than estimated. I understand the shipping dates given are estimates, but I paid an additional $50 to have it faster and both times it arrived the same date it would have been shipped not expedited. For a company named overnight prints you would expect their shipping to be on point, however I found that not to be the case.

The print quality was good, but there was deposits on several of the prints, as if they had been rubbing together. Also, I paid to have shipping arrive within a few days. Some variance was expected, but timing was a few days delayed from anticipated delivery date. FedEx delivery was not great. Package was delivered to a business and it was the holiday weekend but effort to make the delivery fell short of expectations. I understand Overnight Prints is not responsible for FedEx performance, but Overnight chooses to use them as their preferred carrier service so I am including my experience in this review.

I followed the shipping time guide that was on your site. The order was to arrive on Nov. 20. We didn't get the shipment until the 24th. I placed a second order on Nov 20th and reached out .On Nov 21 since the order hading left the printer yet, I gave permission to upgrade the shipping if it was going to mis the Nov 25 delivery date. Sure enough the second order missed it's deliver date and showed up the evening before our event. These shipments being late caused us huge with labor costs and staffing issues and angered our event participants. Your company's answer to the problem was to offer a $25 in-store credit on future order. After this fiasco I don't want to use your company again.

Order was stopped for proof even though I said no proof. Order was delayed until the following day and talked to Customer service about when it would ship. They advised I would get confirmation email on ship date that evening. I did not. Items did not ship that day, or the next (emailed and chatted again and they advised they would get it out for my IHD). They did not and did not send email back again. Items then shipped the following day and instead of sending overnight, it shipped via ground (even though I paid for expedited shipping).
Have since sent 8 emails asking about refund since items arrived 3 days too late to use for an event with no response. Terrible!

The cards were 90% off centered, they drifted one way to the point of cutting off graphics. Worse than that is customer service took over a week to get back with me to fix this problem. The problem is these were Xmas cards, so by the time I heard from the company it is too late to get new ones in time...I was offered a reprint but it would have gotten here late. So what good is that. I was finally offered 50% of this cost in credit on my next order, and was told I would get an email with the instructions to get my 'refund credit' but I have gotten nothing. So over all, I am not pleased at all, I did get damaged cards, so I guess there is that, but customer service gets zero stars, productions gets zero stars, shipping was on time, so I guess that was good...but in the long run it did me no good.

And for the record i paid the extra money for a review, which they did and had me move some font.....vague and not specific but at leat they sent that...but once it got to the printing, it slowly drifted off, where no two cards are cut the same.

I have done at least 10 years of cards, but this is unacceptable. Customer service needs to be more than a chat during store hours only.
