The worst experience
After one engineer attending for our oven problem and identifying some broken parts, it took three weeks for a different engineer to arive after cancelled appointments by the Pacifica and pretend fixing the issues. Didn't replace any parts, the oven is still not working properly.

Steph was really kind and understanding - no judgement for putting my headphones in the washing machine. She got me a new pair ordered within minutes and gave me a delivery time. What I thought was going to be an awkward and challenging conversation was quick and easy.

Pacifica sent a 3 hour time slot for an engineer to attend. I rang the engineer on the day and he told me he was 2 stops away.
I nipped out but before I returned home Alex was at my address. He rang me and agreed to wait a few minutes so I could return home.
He had the fan replaced and working in about 20 minutes.
Very pleased with the service I received.

Had an issue with my dishwasher made the report and a Pacifica engineer came out to deal with the issue,
Had great communication from the outset given a time slot and was able to contact the engineer for a more accurate time frame as had the school run to do.
The engineer arrived was friendly and very knowledgeable, got straight to work and diagnosed the issue accurately and professionally, He diagnosed the issue and explained why the issue was occurring and advice on how to prevent it from reoccurring

Over a month ago our washing machine broke we contacted Pacifica and arranged for an engineer to come which they did , they explained they needed to order parts and would be in contact , fast forward a few weeks and we hadnât heard anything so we contacted them , they were apologetic and arranged for the engineer to return and fix , however they failed to turn up on the day , this happened again on a number of occasions , and when my wife phoned and spoke to Pacifica they were extremely rude and unprofessional. We explained we had been with out washing machine over a month and this wasnât acceptable , again they shown no remorse for this , and infact tried to put the blame on us , we arranged once again for engineer to come out which was 10 days later taking this into 6/7 weeks , and again on this occasion he failed to turn up messaging my wife saying he ran out of time an wouldnât be attending , so again we had to wait another week for him to come out and on his arrival he stated the washing was unrepairable and we would need a new one, this simple situation could of been dealt with over 2 months ago , I would advise people not to use Pacifica

Replaced a drum in my washing machine. Took 3 goes to repair it properly. Water damaged left for me to deal with. Now left the part to be picked up in a damaged box. DPD refusing to take it. Ignoring my emails and implying it is my issue. Shocking company and service.
