The first service engineer they sent was useless. However when I complained to Pacifica, they responded in a positive way and sent, without charge, another engineer, Ashton, who was very competent and sorted out our cooker very quickly.

Rang to arrange an engineer to come and look at my fridge freezer, lady on the phone, Dimple was so nice and polite and made it so easy. Engineer booked for 3 days time but also put on the list if they have a cancellation.

Bit of hassle trying to get the warranty claim registered initially but everything went smoothly from then and was sorted very quickly. Engineer didn't have the part needed to fix the appliance initially but was able to identify the problem and came back a couple of days later and sorted it.

However the customer service was not so good. There were no updates from the company on delays and despite a call to them still no update other than being there by 6pm which unfortunately because of the job load, he was not.

Minor issues with scheduling of the repair and initial cancellation but not the fault of engineer.
Second visit resolved the problems.
I spoke to Kate, who was helpful and arranged a second repair visit, for our Hotpoint Cooker, the first repair visit, left us with the same problem. The second visit, was from an engineer named Kai, he was very meticulous and thorough, regarding identifying the fault and remedying the problem, very professional approach.

Excellent service. I was offered a very prompt response to my repair request and was kept informed throughout the process exactly as they had promised. Was able to track the progress of the repair engineer, Mike D 4094, which was really helpful. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He resolved the issue and offered some very sound advice in a way which was very easy to understand.

My washer drier has been out of action for nearly 3 months, this is the 4th visit by other Pacifica engineers. I have given Josh 4 stars as he has fixed the machine, a good courteous engineer.
