1. ordered bubble wrap
2. sent wrong size (too narrow) and complained
3. sent wrong size (same as under 2.). Complained; advised to use a ruler
4. No feedback on emails when asking for refund
5. Went to Leyland to use my own ruler

After trying to organise a messy space in my house, I searched for storage boxes. After finding Packing Boxes, they will be my instant go to from now on. Excellent quality at an excellent price. Definitely recommend. They have such a massive range and all the dimensions are shown too. They stack perfectly and the lid clips into place. Absolutely perfect. Thank you

Boxes turned up before rather than after Christmas, which was when they were expected. Gave me more time to prepare for a move

Horrible customer service!!! Do not order from them, you will not receive your boxes!!! They also take down reviews so do not trust them!

After problems with the earlier delivery Packing Boxes sorted out a replacement quickly the through Customer Services who were very helpful

First they arrived on time with no damage fantastic for today’s delivery system.
Second all the items where in the box also no reduction in quantity.
Third each of the boxes do keep their shape when used.
Four we did have to use our brown tape as we went a bit over the top with sealing the first 15 boxes used far too much our fault.
Five the bubble wrap again we used ours due to not much in delivery.
Six the pen works on the box and brown tape.

I'm having to leave a negative review over the fact that I still do not have any boxes. Ordered on 29th November with next day delivery. I only have the weekend December 2nd/3rd to pack before I have to move at short notice, but obviously I can't do that because I don't have any boxes. It's now end of day on December 2nd, nothing is packed and the boxes are supposedly still at the depot and the courier company's tracking facility is down so there's no way to receive updates. No help from customer services. Even if the boxes arrive on December 3rd, I can't do two day's work in one. Really unhelpful to offer a next day delivery service and then not actually do it. What is the point? You won't get anything but unhappy customers out of making false promises and I can tell I'm sadly far from the only one who's been let down by this company.

Appalling service, how can you use a company that never delivers anything (Tuffnells) and a customer service team that just isn’t interested. Still waiting for delivery for something ordered last Wednesday night. The whole processs has been shocking. Now having to found boxes ready for a move because you can’t delivery on products

I ordered a box so that I could post my golf clubs. It arrived very quickly and did the job as expected.

Moving and packing is stressful enough so it was great that this is a genuinely good company to deal with. From the start professional, personable, and helpful. Products - I ordered a pack of mixed packing boxes as well as mattress and armchair protectors and all are good quality. They also arrived incredibly quickly. When I originally had a problem making my order online someone quickly helped. Highly recommended!

Placed an order on 17th October with next day shipping although next day shipping was not guaranteed but I was given an estimated date of delivery on 18th October. It's now the 23rd October and delivery still not received. Online tracking isn't working and when you call them customer service say they'll call you back but never do. Avoid using this company and use somewhere reputable.

Somehow my delivery address was incorrect and the billing address was the right one. I spoke to them about the error and they stated they couldn’t do anything.

Did say they will call to do a new order at a discount but never did.

These boxes are very sturdy so very happy. Arrived the next day so all in all brilliant boxes and brilliant service.
