Good follow up customer service

Poor quality, very thin boxes and tape that doesn't stick. And to add to that, they ask you for a review and don't publish it on their website unless it is 4 or 5 stars because my review wasn't posted.

After placing order Last week the boxes arrived the following day. Ordering online for the 1-2 bed moving boxes straight forward, ordered the jumbo house moving boxes but still awaiting the order

Would recommend this firm for packaging,fast delivery the next day by a lovely lady.
Everything we needed was included boxes,bubble wrap,tape,tissue paper and pen.
The boxes are sturdy and with the rooms printed on the box you can tick which room you've packed.

I ordered on a Thursday and was expecting delivery the next day so that I could pack over the weekend.
I called to confirm when the payment was made, then I called again the next day when I didn't receive the order.
Finally on Monday I called and apparently the payment hadn't gone through. Why was it confirmed in the first place? Why wasn't I notified that there was a problem?

The genius customer agent then had the nerve to ask what I wanted her to do?? Refund my time!

Very quick delivery. Good, quality boxes. A very useful, extensive range of sizes, almost bespoke.

Wrong items delivered twice. Boxes aren’t strong and the tape is weak and doesn’t stick to the cardboard! I’ve had to go out and buy items elsewhere. In summary, really rubbish. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money.

My first order didn't arrive - when i emailed to ask when the packaging had been sent - they immediately sent me a replacement. The mattress covers are great for keeping them dust/dirt free during the move.

Every page on their mobile site says "order before 5pm for next day delivery"
I ordered on 15th and they did not even dispatch until 18th, which lost me a weekend of packing time.
When the delivery arrived, less than half the items were there. It took customer services 2 days to respond to my emails about this, and then they insisted they could do nothing until we spoke on the phone. This turned out to be another delaying tactic as they already had all the info they needed on their system.
By the time we spoke on the phone it had been 9 days since I first ordered. I was VERY clear with them that my house move was imminent and if they could not deliver by Monday latest they should be honest with me, and I would cancel the order and source boxes elsewhere. I was assured there was no problem getting the rest of the order with me by Monday. I heard nothing more until it was too late for me to shop elsewhere, then I got a dispatch email telling me to expect the boxes Tuesday. I am completely up the creek with getting packed ahead of my move, having lost nearly two weeks of time. I do not get the impression they make ANY effort to honour their next day delivery advert - it is just marketing fluff. By the time you realise, it's too late.

The representative was efficient and helpful regarding the change of plan. The help was much appreciated.

Fast delivery. Used for expensive speakers, best and cheapest product.

I ordered several plastic furniture coverings to protect from dust and renovation work. They arrived promptly but one had been used, a couple of holes and some stretching. I contacted Packingboxes and without any hassle my whole order was replaced! Hayley was quick to get on it and sort it out. A great company attitude and I will certainly recommend them.

Ordered a full set of moving boxes for a 2 bedroomed house along with 2 x 3 seater sofa covers, 1 x 2 seater sofa cover and a double mattress cover at additional cost. The matress cover when unrolled was so filthy big black bits flew all over it and when tried to hoover off, some were damp so complete mattress (only 3 months old and cost £500. Now needs a complete clean). Not prepared as a result to even try the sofa covers on a 3 piece suite that I saved up for years for! Boxes received were 9 in total plus the box they were delivered in. Tiny and the tape does not stick at all. Complete waste of money. Do the trip to B and Q for decent sized boxes and inflated bubble wrap at half the price.

This is the third time I have used this company and have been very pleased with the products and service they provide

Got exactly what I wanted to protect my sofas

It's ironic that my inbox is so full of reminders to review this company. Are you sure you want my review that badly? Well, here it is: this is a hopeless company.

My order arrived with two thirds of the order missing. No correspondence to say so, explain why or notify me when the rest would arrive; I had to chase. Eventually more of the order arrived. Cue more chasing for the remaining missing items. After waiting a decent amount of time and yet more chasing, I decided to give up hope of ever receiving them and instead pursued a refund. No sign of that. More chasing. I continue to wait, possibly in vain.

The entire operation seems imbued with a couldn't-care-less ethos (although in fairness those I have reached on my numerous phone calls have at least tried to be polite and helpful). But a lousy experience overall, and a company entirely worth avoiding.

Not delivered, not responding to emails / voicemails. Assume have been scammed. FFS

Awful, don't bother! Sent damaged boxes which were damaged before they were packed (not in transit). Jus completely useless cardboard. Contacted them and they've said I will get an email when replacement is dispatched but A WEEK LATER still no confirmation of any replacement boxes. We move in 2 days. Absolutely useless a waste of time and money!!! You've been warned....
