The guys at Adamstown P&S were very helpful
The price was excellent and the whole process was easy.
My parcel was delivered quickly with no fuss.

Reliable pick up and delivery was swift NSW to Qld

Easy to navigate the website and enter key info and speedy on delivery

Useless service. Called every day for them to pick up the box. Never called back to update me when they said they would. Missed my cut off for delivery. Departed almost 2 weeks after it was requested.

Parcel pickup was late from partner Aramex but was warned in original documents.
Parcel was delivered from QLD to Newcastle in only a few days so that part great.
No tracking available from start to finish which is the worst part when trying to organize someone to be home to sign for delivery.

Pickup particular date - after paying get email stating that i have to allow 2-3 days extra. They onsourced my delivery to DHL who rang asking for additional delivery labels - delivered a week late and damaged.

Have never used this type of service before, but it was very easy to do due to clear instructions. Pickup was efficient.

When you do not know the process, getting the correct information was not easy. I phoned 3 times and got different guidance every time and when I got there with my parcel it was a totally different process to all of the guidance given but the staff were friendly and helpful and my parcel was done with minimum effort. The website language must be industry and to the lay person it was confusing - I would suggest reviewing that or improving the explanation/s.
My biggest problem was the other end - I sent this parcel as I do not have a car and did not want to carry 10kg on a plane. The courier used did not even attempt to deliver (I work from home so was home) - they took it to a receiving shop which meant I had to hire a car to collect it as I knew I could not carry it.

Adamstown Great Service

Used to pickup a guitar in Newcastle and ship to regional NSW. The Guitar was very well packed and it arrived overnight. I've used Pack and Send for several other guitars and this was the best one yet.

Despite measuring and weighing every product that I send - Pack & Send, via their now preferred partner (TNT) are charging my company excess weights on almost every delivery.
They fail to give an explanation, cannot verify any charges, and simply apologise and refer us to their T&C's.
When I covert their excess charges into cubic measurements - my products would have to be four times the actual size to match their charges.
This is simply stealing from customers to increase profits and when combined with the predictable late pick ups, lost goods, and higher freight charges - it makes Pack & Send a pointless choice for anyone in a small business.

And if you think this is a one-off, think again, they do it on almost every parcel they now deliver. I've used them for two years, and it's only since they partnered with TNT in my area that they keep hitting me with excess charges - before that partnership when they used Star Track as my courier - I NEVER received any extra charges.

The best... super fast... very recomended...

I needed to get a large package from Newcastle to Canberra urgently. These guys took my booking quickly and easily online, the courier who picked it up from my doorstep was quick and friendly and the pack arrived in the afternoon the next day. Great service. Will recommend and use again.

Booking a last minute large parcel at Christmas time I was expecting it to take a while.
Booked on line at 10pm, collected the next afternoon, and arrived at the location 400+ km away within 48hrs.
Very impressed

On previous times using pack and send, I opted for pickup from work location, and have had issues with courier not picking up in agreed window, this time I opted to use drop of at pack and send Adamstown, there was no particular issue, but store was pretty messy and at the time of my drop off there was no sign in/out or confirmation of goods being dropped off, I was told just to leave package at the front, I did, and all was ok, but I was a bit uncomfortable leaving package with no receipt and tracker took approx 24hrs before updating from initial drop off. Just thought I would leave feedback that may help improve. You guys are still easiest/cheapest option I have found for an infrequent user of couriers, thank you Regards Daniel
