we had 1 box of 2 missing that we reported,a photo of the delivery has since been provided showing the 2 boxes,when i came home the box i recived was not in the location shown on the photo but near the front door where you would expect them to be.we have never hsd a parcel stolen before as we live in a quiet cul de sack,but we can only assume that is what heppened,we shall hane to insist on a signichure from now on.

This company is terrible
This company is terrible, my parcel needs travel 100kms, it’s been 8 days since it was booked in, best they can tell me it’s in transit and will be a few more days. Just hopeless. Australia Post is better and that’s saying something.

Terrible Customer Support
Customer service does nothing to help you, and some are just genuinely incompetent. The system is clunky and far more manual than it should be. In my experience, Interparcel works, as long as you do the work, dont require any assistance, and dont question fraudulent extra charges. The only time you will get acceptable service is when they take your money.
