Quick and reasonably priced

I would have liked to know the delivery times for each option as whilst I did select the cheapest option, I didn't know it was by road transport not air! My fault but still if I'd known upfront I may have likely selected another option. Thanks,

17 days to deliver a parcel from Wantirna South to Lilydale.

Our goods were collected, transported and delivered quickly and tracking was provided so I new where our goods were. Goods arrived in good condition as we hoped. Thanks

Ordered Wednesday from Croydon delivered to Warrnambool Friday. Excellent service

Overall great service, the time estimate was a little off, possibly because the parcel was going from Vic to Tas which might not be accounted for in shipping estimates. A discount for dropping off and picking up at a pack and send shop would be nice too, seeing as it saves the company money

Easy drop off, delivery to WA from VIC all good, pricing competitive. Online tracking not updated though, which was frustrating. Our customer was given tracking number; tracking details suggested that package wasn't moving. Otherwise everything great!

Pros: Website is very easy to use and pricing was competitive. Cons: Tracking information was not kept up to date. Pack&Send unfortunately partner with StarTrack who were horrible. Despite working in the Brisbane CBD in an office where multiple deliveries to the building are made every day, the driver was "apparently" unable to find a park and so no delivery was initially made. No attempt was made to contact me about the failure to deliver - I only found out about it as I was tracking the item online. When I rang about getting my package redelivered, I was told that the delivery driver does not have a mobile phone and is uncontactable when on the road. I had to make multiple phone calls to escalate my complaint in order to receive my item on the day it was meant to be delivered. At one stage it was proposed by StarTrack that I drive 20km to their depot to collect my item, though they couldn't even guarantee it would even be there if I attended that afternoon. Pack&Send were unable to assist other than give me a reference number for StarTrack. Eventually, the driver made a "special" return to Brisbane to deliver my package. Lo and behold, he found a park the second time round, though I had to wait outside for 40min to ensure he didn't simply drive off again. Extremely stressful and frustrating at the time. Next time I would probably have it delivered to a Pack&Send delivery centre simply to avoid having to deal with StarTrack.

2nd time I used them, easy to book and process, although this time I paid for quick delivery 1-2 days & it took 6 days. Still happy it arrived safe & sound

Unbelievable value, only took one week to bring my vintage car wheel from Canada to Australia at a fraction of the price of any other carrier.

Paid for express and took 3 days just to pick up.

All went well, efficient company
