Good experience overall, great price and shipping pace. Received manual SMSs after packages arrived. Missing one start only because Adelaide stores are poorly staffed. There was only one staff at Marion store and he was extremely hectic, apparently everything was handled by him. So can't really blame him for Marion store was still unstaffed by 9 am, although it is supposed to open at 8:30 am!

Easy online booking and convenient location and helpful staff when dropping off packages. Ability to track packages and when delivered.

As a return customer to the HILTON store I found a consistent & professional approach for service and customer care has remained very high.
My parcel arrived interstate ahead of schedule.

Very fast delivery between Adelaide and Melbourne (within 24hrs for a 3kg package). The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it could be made a little clearer the difference between self-service and drop-off options. There is a very significant price difference and it was a mistake I made and, from feedback from the branch manager, it seems to be a frequent occurrence.

I received excellent service and help to get my art parcel to Melbourne over night. A highlight moment at present as our exhibition in Melbourne had been cancelled due to the COVID shutdown and I was feeling quite stressed and daunted. My work is there now, in storage, for the exhibition in the near future, for when the latest COVID outbreak subsides. I wholeheartedly recommend Hilton Pack and Send for art parcel deliveries. My thoughts are to all in Melbourne/Victoria at present.

Had to get a car panel from SA for a classic car I am restoring in NSW. The seller just dropped off the item and Kamran did a great job of packaging and sending quickly and efficiently. Very impressed.

Quick, simple and professional - Kamran was polite and had the send sorted in no time, getting me back on the road. The shipment was delivered in reasonable time and arrived intact. It was, however, pretty pricey- I’m glad the buyer was paying the freight and not me

Poor customer service,
No transparency & clear understanding for customers’s questions or query related to courier.
Very arrogant & unprofessional....
Holding 60 kg weights in hands by two people dum headed(kameran) have no sense of even hold the gate while getting in /out + manual handling.
Not to use this sort of unreliable service.
