Shipping PC tower to UK.
I used Pack and Send to ship my PC tower and some other items to the UK. James and the team did a FANTASTIC job. They went above and beyond to make sure my items were safely shipped. They even made a smaller pallet for my items to sit on to ensure my water-cooled PC tower would remain upright during travel. James made sure I had the right customs forms to fill out so I was not charged for my personal items. I am so happy with the service I received I highly recommend Pack and Send Nailsworth to anyone shipping overseas or domestically.

Recent shipment from Adelaide to Cairns
I recently dealt with Shaun from Pack & Send Nailsworth, his support in arranging the collection of my item from a local residence in Parafield Gardens was excellent. He arranged for the item to be labelled at his store and made the process for myself quite easy as I was in Cairns. Shaun's professionalism was of the highest standard and his support was quite noteworthy. Thank you. I will be using your store for future items requiring shipment to Cairns

Not impressed at all.
My parcel was returned because aparently you don't deliver to Locked Bag addresses but it was no issue last month when I sent a parcel to the exact same address. Not impressed at all.

Didn't pick up
We determined a pickup day that fit with our work and plans. Pack and Send courier didn't turn up. When we contacted them, they said they were too busy! They must have been too busy to advise us as well. No call, nothing.
We had to then deliver it ourselves to their depot. Not happy. It did arrive OK though.

Awesome service. My parcel was 2cm too long for Australia Post. Pack & Send no problem. Only wish there was one closer to me

Don’t use pack and send
Process seamed easy at first but they delivered to wrong address, took a week to followup with their carrier by that time my customer was annoyed with delays. Customer had to retrieve his parcel from wrong address pack and send didn’t care. This is the first and last time I will use pack and send

Very disappointing
Took 4 days for package to be picked up by the courier after being dropped off at the pack and send post office. During that time I phoned customer service 5 times, and was given incorrect information about the package being on a truck on it’s way for delivery. Was promised multiple call backs to update me on the status, but was never called back. Tracking feature was loaded with incorrect information. Finally received delivery after 7 days with no follow up or apology. So disappointing!
