I’ve bought 2 purses, use them everyday. Perfect size to carry everything. Journal, iPad, wallet, and snacks.

I ordered two bags that were delivered 1/14/2026. The bags both had a chemical smell and the quality was sub par. On the same day they arrived I requested a return. After a follow up email I finally received a return label on 1/18/2026. Package was returned through FedEx and delivered in 2/5/2036, well within the 30 day return window. Follow ups on return and refund have been done 2/6/2026, 2/29/2926 and 3/6/2026. Not one response. Now this vendor is no longer available through the Shop app. They have now had both bags returned but I have not been refunded.

Had to give one star to warn people. Ordered two totes dec.13. This was today and they refuse to answer emails. Do not do business with these people. PAYPAL says they were seized by USPS.

Never received my item. Sitting in post office in Florida. DO NOT BUY from this company. Total Scam Ordered Jan 1 and its Feb 11. with no tote bags

I emailed your company about how to return the item and get a refund. I was told I would hear back within 48 hours. Never any further communication from your company. The purse smells bad and is of inferior quality. It does not look like you present it in your posts. If I do not hear from you by 5 PM Monday, February 9, 2026 I will contact the California Attorney General's office and make the public aware of your terrible products and business practices.

Horrible bags and the service is bad and they haven’t refunded my money.

Ordered two totes, have not received, and customer service does not respond to writing or by phone. Also the help email is no longer accepting emails (undeliverable). This company is a scam.

Would give zero stars if I could. Do NOT order from them. I ordered 2 bags 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received them. All email addresses on this company’s website bounce back when I try to contact them. They don’t answer the phone. They have not responded to any messages on social. I have now opened a fraud claim with my credit card company. Buyer beware of ANY/ALL good reviews you find on Reddit etc, this company is a scam, do not order from them!!!

I placed my order in December. A mailing label was supposedly created January 3 and it is now the third week in January and I have not received the merchandise.

Would rate 0 if possible. Order never shipped and the company will not respond to email inquiring on order status. Company is clearly fraudulent. I have submitted a dispute with my bank as such. I came here to warn others from making the same mistake. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

absolutely horrible!!!!!! i placed 2 orders and received the first one in 2 days and now i bought 2 more bags and it’s been 3 weeks and no one answers phone calls and the emails bounce!!!! it was over 300$!!! i am heading to bank monday to report fraud! do NOT buy!!!!!!

Terrible customer service and very unsatisfied with the experience of ordering bags. I don’t have high hopes.

Pampora had a special sale online buy one-get-one. I ordered four bags for what it was supposed to be the price of two bags. I received only two bags not four . ..
The bags one green and one navy blue came in a box with no shipping or purchase detail. The worst is the discussting smell of the bags! I am airing them for two days now without any succes.
One of the bags - the blue one - had which is glue inside the bag in various places..
This company is deceptive and disappointing. I will file a formal complaint against them.

I will say that their customer service is extremely poor. So poor that it made me believe it was a scam. You absolutely can not get in touch with anyone through email, which bounces back and says does not exist, or on website. I just received my bags today and I like them but there are some differences from what is shown on their website. The inside zipper is silver, on the website the zipper matches color of bag. Also the embossed made in Italy shows as an extra piece of leather attached to inside pocket on website and actual bag has it embossed directly on the inside pocket. Leads me to believe it’s possibly not exactly the same. All in all if you get buy 1 get 1 free it’s worth it but I would not pay 169 for 1 bag in my opinion.

It's been over a month and I have not received my refund or any communication from Pampora. I sent an inquiry to email given on the website and it seemed to be legit, but when I sent a second inquiry to same email address this time it bounced back immediately saying the email does not exist. This to me seems very suspicious.

Order did not arrived( past 6 weeks now). Been with communication back and forth costumer service, still has not given update why the order was not shipped.
Request for refund. Waiting again for response.

I was billed for product that I never received. I have delivery status of it being in Florida but it has not moved since.

Customer service was the best. Thank you!

I placed my order on November 7th. On November 17th, I recieved an email asking to rate my experience. I have yet to receive the product I ordered, so my experience has not been very good.
