Never received— ordered merchandise

Maybe they are out of business as I can not get a single customer service email to go through anymore. I ordered in July and haven't received the order yet. Payment went through of course and now I can't get a hold of anyone to find out what happened to my order.

Just received the navy bag today, magnificent, perfect for traveling. Very soft. Pampora website is easy to use, seamless purchase. I will be checking out other colors for my nieces Christmas

too long waiting time for the bags and the service via UPS is horrible

I ordered two bags on 9/20 and haven’t received them. I emailed with no response- the help email bounces back. I contacted them via IG and they did respond stating usps hasn’t picked up the package because of delays and they escalated the claim. When I tried to go through usps it states “ A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries.” if nothing changes in a day or two I will report an issue with my credit card. So disappointing. It seems the company isn’t trustworthy.

Ordered a leather tote on 8/28 - the confirmation link sent to my phone - was flagged as "unsafe- and not a valid certificate" that there was someone perhaps impersonating the company and trying to steal my data. I reached out to customer support that same day and received an automated response - that my items would be shipped when new stock was received. They never confirmed my order #4808 I reached out again to support on 9/14 and received a similar automated response. I've contacted my bank for help /resolution -

Horrible!!! A scam!! I placed an order for two bags which I was charged for. I placed the order on August 12 it’s now September 20 and I haven’t gotten any updates and still no package in site! The only thing I received was the order #3469 NOTHING ELSE!! I have emailed countless times with no response and there is no way to contact them via phone. I would not recommend unless you want to lose your money and be scammed.

Ordered on August 10, 2025 hasn't received product, emailed customer service and was quick to respond, and claimed still waiting for the product to arrive in their US warehouse. Still waiting....

I love the bags, even though they took a while to arrive. Customer service was friendly. I'm happy with my bags. I can smell the rich leather scent. I'm thinking about buying another one, but I don't know if they have it in chocolate brown. I think the offer is for two, and if I wanted to buy one, it would be too expensive. But thank you, Pampora Leather.

I never received the products. They charged me $169.00.

Never Received the product. I continued to received updated dates when the products would be delivered and they would not be show up. The company would not share any information unless I initiated a conversation. And there was no tracking available.

I bought blue and light brown bag and I love it. It was very soft leather bag. I’m ordering 2 more in dark brown and black. Thank you!

I ordered my bags on Aug 16th….still have not received anything, in tracking, my order hasn’t even been shipped…. Shows as pending…….. how long is it taking to receive?

I ordered the tote. Buy one get one weeks ago August 13,2025! The tote never showed up at the promised time August 19, 2025. I contacted the company several times (3) with promises of its coming. They mentioned they had a delay in getting stock to ship. You have my money…. Where’s the bags!

Beautiful leather product- Classy Business Hour - unfortunately it is too small for my 16in laptop - check dimensions listed carefully. Return process was very easy - very much appreciated. I will return as these are solid leather products.

The color shown online is 100% NOT the color of the bag. I ordered the yellow which looks luxurious online. The color received is nothing like wnat was shown. I will be returning this bag.

I own other Pampora produce and find them to be high quality and well made.
