This bag gives off a polished, professional vibe and it’s exactly what I needed to complete my work wear

The customer service experience from this company was beyond terrible. Initially there were delays in shipping without any communication. When I reached out to the company, no offer to help was given (despite advertising 10% off if shipping was not on time). After reaching out again, I was told a free product (leather cream) would be included.

When the items were packaged, the free cream was listed as having a $500USD value which created enormous import charges (over $200USD). The company said they would refund the increased import charges. That has not happened over two weeks later, and they are no longer responsive to emails.

The bag is nice. The company has very poor service. Far more trouble than it is worth. I would recommend staying far away from Pampora. The service was so bad, I was half expecting this to be a scam where no product ever arrived.

The bag itself is great. High quality and very fashionable. The only thing I didn’t like was when I inquired about tracking I received a response from someone saying my order was received and sent over to a leather craftsman in Italy. The next day it shipped from the US.

The Predator bag would be even cooler if it had an option to remove the middle zipper compartment. It makes the bag a bit less of a carryall and versatile. Otherwise a great looking bag.

I want to exchange the bag I bought and cannot get a hold of anybody. No one returns my emails. I wanted to exchange it for a bigger one. I would not buy from Pampora. The customer service is non-existent.

Received quickly. Beautifully made. Want one in black and really light tan too! Love the plaid lining. It's exactly what I was hoping for. Had a tiny scuff mark on the front that I can live with because it's natural leather.

You sent the wrong color. We ordered Honey Brown and you sent a dark brown.
Also, the packaging was amazingly flimsy for such an expensive item.

They did incredible with communication and quality! I had a lot of questions and they answered them all. It was delivered on time and in great condition:)

Shameful brand. Terrible quality and even worst retention of costumers.

I want to share my story so other people do not waste their time and money and won’t be harmed like I was.

I made a purchase of upwards of 400€ and was surprised by customs tax upon arrival of my order. At no point was I informed that the order would entail this shipping cost. To add insult to injury, the bag arrived in terrible packaging and had several scratches and marks.

I contacted costumer service immediately to have a refund of the custom tax at the least and some kind of compensation for the poor state of my order.

After being assured that a conclusion would be reached within a few days I was ignored time and time again with a new half baked apology and new date set. The day after the last deadline I went to contact them again through the same email and guess what? The email bounced back because, I believe, my address has been blocked!

After multiple attempts to contact the company through different means and being utterly ignored, I feel I have no other choice than to warn everyone and expose this shameful handle of a customer.

Ordered bag in late July 2023 and received bag from Italy in mid-August. No issues with bag but too small for what I needed. Series of email through October to return bag. Finally returned bag to address in Hawaii in October. "Victoria" said in early December money would be refunded which didn't happen. And naturally when I tried to connect with "Victoria" again via email I got a bounce back. I really thought the bag was good value so beyond disappointed by lack of customer service and general thievery.

I have ordered twice from this company through etsy and their website around a year ago. I believe they've either closed shop or sold their inventory because whoever is dealing with it now is just scamming customers and never sending the item or sending fake leather goods. Stay away and avoid placing orders.
