Usually when a customer contacts us, we always send the whole informations including the tracking number within 12 hours.

Your package has been sent with Fedex, and in the order confirmation sent by email you will find the section where you can track where the package is.

If you have any problem finding it, don't hesitate to contact us!

LOVE my bag, love the shop!

I bought a leather purse from Pampora Leathe off Etsy about a year and a half ago and use it as my daily bag! It is still in perfect condition. The leather is top-quality, well-crafted, and a gorgeous color. I expect it will last me a decade or longer. The shop owner, Adele, is very kind and communicative. The bag came in a lovely package with a sweet handwritten note from Adele! I would definitely buy from them again. I wish they made a wallet to go along with it :)
