These people are a scam! Do not buy from them. The sizes came in way too small and they offered me $18 to not return something that cost $105. They do not respond to email
And have no phone number. They say only return for quality. Well it's bad quality. And they won't tell you where to return it. You have to pay for the return!! But where??

Product quality is very nice. Cute styles. But shipping was REALLY slow.

Though I am pleased with the clothing I received. Didn’t receive one of the items. There was no communication about delivery time or when I would receive the items. The big problem was it took almost 7 WEEKS to receive the items. So it’s unlikely I will order again until they improve communications and shipping time

I ordered six items from this site on January 6, 2025. I have yet to receive them. I inquired about an update on shipment and was told that they were waiting on the items and that they could not ship a partial order. There has been no correspondence unless I have initiated it I made four inquiries just asking for an update or a refund. I contacted my credit card company, and since I have not received any of the items the Credit card company has issued a refund. I would not do business with this company. It is disappointing because the clothing looks very unique and tasteful. But, like some of the other reviews, I believe it is a fraudulent company.

FRAUD COMPANY
After many emails requesting a return auth letter to return items for full refund, they refuse to provide the letter. They also state I have to pay return freight charges to UAE. They do not honor the 30-day free return as their website states.
I have reported them to the South Dakota BBB and State Attorney Office.

I ordered a shirt/sweater combination. I ordered a size larger than normal as I wanted a roomy fit and look. The items arrived and were weirdly too small. I immediately asked for a free return and refund as advertised. It has now been weeks of the company repeatedly trying to bargain down the refund amount, each time offering me a little more but always much less than the price I paid, and now, insisting that I have to pay return postage to the UAE!! to get any refund at all. This company has fraudulent business practices and has been reported to the NYS Attorney General's office.

I followed the size guidelines and ordered XL (which was sizing up). My sweaters were still two sizes too small. Panrila will not return them saying they aren't defective despite not being the correct size. Final offer was $58 (I paid $109).

Deceptive advertising, do not stand behind their product.

Took 5 weeks to get pkg Sweater does not fit properly, very tight in the neck.
They offered me $8 for the sweater that cost me $80.
How does this company get away with this type of business?

It took over a month for me to get my order. The quality of the sweaters and the jogging suit was good, but the Christmas outfit looks like sexy pajamas. I don’t think I can wear that in public. I have gotten lots of compliments on the two sweaters. Hopefully they hold up after being washed.
No communication from the company even though my order was significantly delayed. I had to contact them. I was starting to worry that I got scammed. They should have sent a communication about this on their own. Also- no idea they were based in the UK. Would have been good to know up front.

I ordered the correct size according to their size chart. The shirt had a 4 to 5 inch gap across the front. The sweater was too tight in the neck, to big across the upper chest and shoulders, and too tight across the bust. Their website states "easy returns/exchanges." I wrote to them with my concers and requested a return label. The rotal cost wa $108. They replied thed give me $33 and keep the product. I declined and asked for the full refund and a return label. They replied they'd give me $45 and to donate the items. I declined and asked for the full refund and a return label. They sent me a brief email with a final offer of $66. I replied that's still $40 short of my purchase price. I received a second email stating they do not do free return labels. I replied and quoted the return policy on their website - which offered a return code.

This company is a scam.

Once cannot trust the size chart nor the color nor design from their photos. The quality of the fabric is so-so but did not expect natural fibers. I purchased 4 sweaters and will return 3. These 3 had sleeve lengths that are for a gargantuan person. Couldn't see my fingers while sweater was on. One is described as white but NO, it is yellow, not even beige, but yellow. The bodice of one was too small in proportion. Although CS did reply to each email, it became a series of price negotiating exchanges of "we are Willing to give you a $xx.xx credit to keep them" when what was needed is to return them all for full refund. The return shipping address is DUBAI!! So beware if you think their return policy gives you consolation to give the purchase a try. The return policy states that you must obtain approval which they would supply you with an "authorization form" and of course buyer pays the shipping fees. They would not provide the form nor international Customs documents needed to ship the return, Declaration's Form and a Pro-Forma Invoice, claiming it is not necessary. Well, being an international business it is shocking to make such claim and I believe it is another stall tactic to discourage and prevent the return. Disputing the purchase of the 3 items with my credit card company since attempts to return appropriately have been futile.

So disappointed in my purchase. Do not trust the “true to size” description, or the sizing guidelines. The sweater was much too small. And, the image of the sweater has a vintage look with the yarn, and the actual sweater did not look like the image at all. I knew better than to order off of a Facebook ad. My mistake.

Their clothing are cute but it takes FOREVER to get the item and they are very vague when answer the question, "when will my order arrive". My first order only contained 1 of the 2 items and when I inquired they said the other was sold out however they never notified me or refunded until I asked for it. Their customer service and shipping are lacking!
