Beautifull pieces perfectly wraped package.

This IS the worst company ever. Even if you think that sweater is cute, don't buy from them. When I finally got my order, 6-7 weeks, one of the items was missing. Good luck getting them to respond to you. When they finally did respond they said they would refund me. They did not refund the full price that I paid! I have no idea why as I didn't even receive it! I also want to return an item but they have not responded to me as to how I do that. Don't buy from them. You will be out all your money. NOT worth the aggravation.

Know that if your order doesn't fit, they will not accept it as a return. They only accept returns if they decide there is a "quality" issue. I sent pictures of a sweater with sleeves over a foot longer than my arms - and that was not a quality issue. They will then send emails offering to refund minimal money. They start with $20. Don't accept it. I finally got $50. Less than the sweater cost, but better than nothing.
PANRILA: NEVER AGAIN. Be warned. Be cautions.

AWFUL!!! the clothing is poor quality and fit and the customer services is worse. Do not fall victim as I did. There is NO refund or return.

It's been 5 weeks and I received no updated shipping information. My email to customer service has gone unanswered. I'm assuming that I'm out $100, but shame on me for trusting this site! It is DEFINITELY NOT a US company - or they just import crap from China. I will not fall for this again - BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Really love the quality of the clothing articles that I bought. The only issue I had was how long it took to get clothing; living in the Gulf…the clothing arrived as we are warming up. Took a month for items to arrive.

If I could give zero stars I would. Temu quality at JCrew prices. Got sucked into buying a sweater and shirt. $90+ dollars. Took almost a month to receive. The sweater doesn’t have a label with what materials it is made from and the shirt was too small. They would not take the shirt back and started bargaining with me on a refund. I finally settled for half the price of the shirt as they wanted me to send it to Dubai. Haha. The shipping would cost more. Learning lesson- run away from this company and beware of what you order from Instagram.

Loved the sweaters! Cute, different designs at a great price. Nice quality.

This product and company is horrible. The shirt did not have ruffles on the sleeve and the neck on the sweater so high you couldn't see the shirt under it like the picture was showing. Both items with shipping came to $108.98 and when I tried to return them they offered me $14 to keep the product. I went back and said that was unacceptable and they offered me $26. Don't say returns are an option when they don't seem to be!

Same experience as the other one-star buyers. Items received were cheap and poorly made knock offs of the items pictured on their website. My guess is they’re stealing the designs of small business owners and attempting to recreate with poor quality materials.

Also same experience with delayed shipping. Just sent an email re: returns but after reading these reviews I’m assuming I’m out $100.

Buyer beware for sure! Also if you read the 5-star reviews they seem a fake. Wish I’d checked this site before purchasing. Lesson learned!

The item took six weeks to deliver and arrived in a bag mailed from China. Not what we expected for "American Made" items. Also, the fit seems to be more European, meaning the items run smaller than expected.

clothes arrived, fit was as described and so was color.

I love the clothes, but the shipping time was extremely long !

I love the sweater and the blouse. Runs a little small. I typically wear a size 16 and I ordered the XL. Both were a bit small. I was afraid to order up a size for fear they would be too big. But very satisfied with the quality.

I LOVE the sweaters. The delivery time was excessive. It took about 5 weeks from my order date to receive the shipment. Responsive/communicative customer service though when I reached out to ask about the delay.

Worst company ever
Ordered three items for $156 - none of them were true to size. My first response from Cust Service: Dear customer:

Sorry for giving you a bad shopping experience. we are willing to offer you US$36 refund as a compensation. can you accept it? My fifth response from them: Dear customer:

Is $62 acceptable? If you accept, you can keep or donate the clothes.
