I never received my clothing
Took a month to get the clothing.
Finally received and the sweater was ok but the dress was very cheap material. Won’t order from them again.

Fraud
Terrible, dishonest clothing company.
I ordered 3 items one of which is too large.
I’ve tried to get return label and/or return address and have had no luck.
I’ve sent 12 emails to date without a satisfactory response!
Will never order from them again and I’ve told many people in the retail industry to beware!

Flawed merchandise with no refund
Ordered a sweater and shirt to go with it. Sweater was flawed. I requested return approval for both items since they were purchased to wear as a set (as advertised). Site says items can be returned or I would not have ordered. They offered me a $16 refund on the $95.93 order and told me to keep it. I will not wear these items so I guess I’m out $79.93 (if I ever see the $16). Items took a month to arrive. I told them the refund offer was unacceptable two days ago and they didn’t reply. Buyer beware.

Customer service is horrible.
It took forever to receive my order. The color and fit were bad. I am still trying to return the two sweaters. Customer service is horrible. They offer me $20 for a $120 order. Do not buy from them.
