I'm sorry you feel this way, we are not a huge company and offer the lowest trade prices possible, with repeat customer discounts and rewards.
Unfortunately in order to provide this service, we do have to cover our costs on cancellations.
I checked the order on our system and can see that we ended up reducing the charge right down to a cancellation fee, as the items had not been sent out yet.
I hope you can understand and am sorry again for your experience.

Worse service in all Those years I been running my business.
Have received the product which is very bad quality (not their fault, coz they just re-sale) and could not get it sorted. Women’s would argue with me over the phone for hours instead of giving my money back and getting on to their suppliers.
