The entire team at Parc Lane Cars are great, especially Coco! We bought our Audi from there just over 12 months ago. We've since been back to get it serviced and mot'd, there was a small issue too that was fixed under warranty, no problem at all. Had it sorted in no time. Will definitely continue to be a customer whether for another car or maintenance of the ones we have.

Bought my new Audi A1 sportline today & couldnt be happier! Paul was amazing, explaining everything & gave me a great px price for my old car. Mark makes a great cuppa just how i like it 😊 & the welcome i recieved from the office fur baby (i named her chewbacca) was the most amazing welcome ever! My new car was absolutley immaculate inside & out & smells divine! Il definatley be back when im ready for a new car. Cant thank you guys enough 5*

Just bought a car from Parc Lane Cars. Sales team were excellent and extremely helpful. There was an issue on purchase of the vehicle and one that became evident within a couple of days. The after care team were great arranging collection of the car and the issues taken care of under their warranty. Very helpful company and will happily use them again in the future.

Just bought my Volvo xc60 from Parc lane cars sandy lane Gosforth. Great team of staff, all very helpful and friendly. Very pleased with the outcome, love the car. These guys are so helpful and very good at their jobs. Nothing is a problem, they sorted everything out for me and I left as a happy customer. Would recommend this car company to others.
