Compared with my previous agent, Parkers (Reading) has been a breath of fresh air. A team that's on the ball, communicative and helpful.

Everyone on the team appears to know what they're doing and is very informative, when I have questions. They make a good link between me and the tenants, providing peace of mind to both parties.

Kira is part of the Parkers Lettings and Management Team who manage several of our properties with Parkers, Reading. We have been extremely happy with the service they provide in managing our properties. The team is professional, reliable and always quick to respond whenever we need anything.

It gives us great peace of mind knowing our properties and tenants are being well looked after. Communication is excellent, and any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

I recently moved my rental property portfolio to Parkers' Rent Collection service, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.

Mark and Callum have been professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Parkers Earley has its strengths but also areas to improve. While staff like Ruby, Emma, Harry, and Paula were friendly, responsive, and efficient in addressing queries or helping with processes like selling or letting, there are concerns too. Some clients had great experiences with smooth transactions and timely communication, but others mentioned issues with unexpected fees and dissatisfaction with certain aspects of their service. Overall, it's a mixed bag, though the team’s approach is professional and welcoming for the most part.

Being a landlord with Parkers for few years I deal with lot of people at Parkers & their service is first class. However, I would like to make a special mention for Ruby who is amazing and really helpful. She is very polite & efficient and always provides first class service. Thank you to Ruby & everyone at Parkers for a great service year on year 😁

So far I am happy with the overall experience with Parkers. Ruby made sure she answered all of our questions and she was really friendly and helpful. I have also visited their office in Reading and I must say they all have been super friendly and they were welcoming everyone with a big smile on their faces.

We just bought our first house in Reading! Let’s just say we went a little overboard on the price (ok, we went berserk), but huge thanks to Parkers—Harry, Lizzy, Paula, and the whole squad—for working their magic. Ours was an executor sale which is always a little more protracted than the average but Harry Toop and the team at Parkers steered us through the potential pitfalls with aplomb. A thoroughly professional service. Highly recommended.

The first time I scheduled a viewing through Parkers, an agent called to verbally confirm the date and time, but I didn’t receive any text or email confirmation. The day before the scheduled viewing, I sent an email to remind them, but no one responded.

On the morning of the scheduled viewing, I used the website's live chat during my journey in hopes of reaching someone. Later, someone texted me to say the viewing was unavailable and needed to be rescheduled.

Frankly, I am very upset. First, I booked a week in advance. Second, I took the initiative to email but received no reply. Third, the response was insincere, opting for a text instead of a call.

It takes me two hours to drive there, and being told "unavailable" caused me to reroute during my trip. This was my first time using your service, and I feel very disappointed by the disregard shown to buyers.
