Not responding to emails, they refuse to confirm if they have processed your appeal.

Bunch of scammers I will need to process a charge back to get my money back because it seems they've done nothing so far.

For those who think this company is a scam….i can assure you they are not!! I will never forget the anxiety and stress I through over a parking tickets and these legends came to the rescue! I have been using their services for years and haven’t had an issue. And most of my appeals have been successful. They are currently dealing with a small claim court by a private parking company and I trust they will win!

Scam.. they take your money and dont even reply to emails. In the email it states we wont email you unless we cant help with your case… in the next email it says we will email you if it goes to popla. Never received an email saying it went to popla never got any replies they are lazy and unable to do their job.. lazy pen pushers have had months to sort it and are only here to increase your fines.
I feel sorry for anyone using them just pay the extra on the fine because these lott are useless 😂😂😂

Agree with all the other one star review. This company are scammers. Do not use. They have terrible communication and never not one did contact the company who gave me a PCN. After sending numerous of emails they responded to say they are still investigating. Meanwhile my tickets has gone to the ballon’s and the PCN company said they were NEVER contacted on my behalf.

They have no timeslines on when the appeal was made or how long it takes

BRILLIANT SERVICE

I was more than happy to pay the £100 to have this problem sorted rather than pay the £300+ to the debt collecting scammers. I’ve done the research and educated myself enough to know that my PCN wasn’t going to stand up in court.
Jaye and team communicated with me consistently throughout the process which lasted several months (probably 6+) advising me if I needed to action anything and telling me not to worry. We went right the way through to threats of a day in court when it eventually got thrown out and case closed. As far as I’m concerned I’ll happy pay these guys over any debt collector.
Brilliant service and I’m already about to use again for the next one ✅

Stay away from this company !!

They didn’t clear my parking ticket that had gone to the bailiff stage due to them filling the paperwork late.
I was promised a refund that I am still waiting for.

Please avoid this company as they take money without completing the work.

I have no reason to make up a fake name to review your company had you of issued the refund as promised I would not be writing this review.
Interesting that you replied very quickly to this review but could not file the paperwork as quick !!

The refund evidence you sent is old evidence from 2023 that refund was received and issued due to the work being incomplete. Had you of sent the refund as promised in 2024 surely you would have the evidence as proof.

I have used parking appeals on multiple occasions and they are yet to let me down. Parking appeals have assisted me with removing two CCJs received from private parking tickets and in turn had both tickets cancelled. They have also helped with bailiff action and cancelling private ticket for my mother and partner. I was so impressed with their service that I also participated in an online workshop educating me on cancelling private parking tickets which I have utilised for my own benefit and others. I have recommended parking appeals to so many and will continue to do so! - keep up the amazing work!!

I’ve been trying to get through despite paying and having balifs come to my house. Yet I’ve had no response from these guys. Not even a acknowledgement.

I have used Parking Appeals Group on multiple occasions to contest Parking Charge Notices (PCNs). Initially, I found their service efficient, as they successfully helped me overturn two PCNs. However, my most recent experience exposed serious deficiencies in their professionalism, communication, and overall transparency, particularly when handling cases that escalate to court.

My third case dragged on for nearly three years and ultimately ended in court, where I lost. The entire ordeal cost me more than twenty times the original PCN charge, and I strongly believe that more could have been done by Merika (The Director) at Parking Appeals Group to secure a better outcome. One of the major issues was their poor communication. They have no accessible phone number, making it difficult to get direct updates or assurances. Their team members also seem to operate under multiple aliases, which does not inspire confidence in their transparency. At times, I felt completely left in the dark regarding the progress of my case, key deadlines, and necessary documentation.

A particularly frustrating aspect was when I paid an additional fee of £179 to ensure my County Court Claim was submitted on time, only to later discover in court that it had still been submitted late. This was a major failure that significantly impacted my case. To make matters worse, on the day of the court hearing, Merika, who was representing me, arrived without her evidence pack. She was forced to borrow a copy from the opposing solicitor, an embarrassing and unacceptable lapse given that I had paid a total of £333 for their services.

Parking Appeals Group claims a 100% success rate in court claims, yet I personally know of at least two cases where they have failed—one being my own. In the past, they have also advertised various success rate figures between 90-99%, but upon checking their website at the time of writing, these claims appear to have been removed. This inconsistency only reinforces my concerns about their lack of transparency and integrity. If they were truly confident in their success rates, why remove such claims from their site?

After losing in court, Merika acknowledged the poor service and offered me a refund in person and in writing, which I accepted. However, despite multiple attempts to contact her and the team, I have yet to receive any refund. This further highlights their lack of accountability and reliability. It is clear that while they are quick to accept payments, they fail to deliver a service that reflects the fees charged.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Parking Appeals Group for cases that escalate to court. Their lack of professionalism, transparency, and integrity make them an unreliable option for legal challenges. While they may have some success in early-stage PCN appeals, I would strongly caution anyone against using their services for more complex cases. If they wish to improve, they need to adopt clearer communication channels, provide better case management, and honour their commitments to clients. As it stands, I would not trust them to handle any case requiring legal escalation.

I can’t lie this people are the best when it comes to what they do.
Totally swept my pcn of the radar with a good reason.

Do not use this company they will scam you out of your money.

Used their service a few times and I’ve been a satisfied customer. Very informative process and they always sort the issue even if it can’t be cancelled, it will almost all the time be reduced. Highly recommend this company for parking appeals, clamp issues and so forward.

Parking Appeals are the real deal, I have been using them for over two years for multiple PCN’S that have been resolved with no extra cost, I even received a refund from a PCN, Parking Appeals dealt with from 2023 this week!!!! Trust the process, it may take a while to get resolved but don’t panic they have it under control.

A great company, they were very helpful, accurate, and precise, and they successfully resolved my issues in the end! I can only recommend them!
