Absolutely awful company

This company doesn't deserve any stars

People please please don't waste your money with this company because they will make the issue worse for you.

Effective service, efficient communication, experienced professionals. They do what they say they will! A lot of stress has been relieved from my play by this company who have dealt with anything from parking and penalty charge notices to county court orders, they have been successful in clearing each and every single one. I’ve been using this service for a couple years now and was recommended by a friend. I’m always left stress free, ticket free and all at an affordable cost. To think how much I’ve paid unfairly in the past for tickets and court orders, I even wish I could go back in time and call on these guys. Wonderful work, keep it up!

Parking appeals helped me fight an appeal that the council unfairly stretched out over 2 years! It was extremely stressful while grieving the loss of my father I had bailiffs come to my home unjustly several times and had 3 court hearings, all of which parking appeals supported me on and even attended on my behalf. All they asked was whenever I receive correspondence, I share it with them via email straight away. In the end my charge which had multiplied to almost £500 was finally reduced back to £55 just before my wedding. I got to finally enjoy life without the council harassing me anymore! I came across Parking Appeals Group on Snapchat, I was seeing how a lot of parking tickets were getting cancelled and did not hesitate to get in contact. Fast forward and the ticket I received did not proceed any further. Parking Appeals Group provide excellent communication and I did not feel uneasy at any point during the process.

I’ve been using them monthly/bi-monthly, sending them about 10 tickets so far. The service is top-notch, clearly demonstrating their deep understanding of parking regulations. Each case is handled with dedication and professionalism, making the whole process stress-free for me. They’ve successfully overturned several of my tickets, which has saved me a significant amount of money and hassle.

The only area for improvement is communication. While their service is a solid 10/10, more regular updates would enhance the overall experience. Sometimes I’m left wondering about the status of my appeals and would appreciate more frequent updates. Despite this minor issue, I highly recommend for anyone dealing with parking fines.

The best and very fast service Will use again

Honestly cannot recommend this company enough. I would 100% recommend this company to everyone! The whole process was so straight forward, gave them a bit of background info on the parking ticket & they dealt with everything for me! The next correspondence I received was to say that the ticket issued was now closed & I didn’t need to pay the fine! Over the moon, would recommend to everyone! These guys are the best at what they do!

Outstanding service, clear instructions, they do exactly what they tell you they will do and they are very friendly. If you find yourself with a heap of tickets and no matter what stage it's at (including Bailiff) then Parking Appeals Group will help a lot!

I was a little hesitant at first wondering whether if this would really work. I had to email them because i received a letter in the post and i had not had an update at this point. However they responded promptly and then recieved another email yesterday saying the case is now closed and i was over the moon! It made my day! Thank you guys so much!

They cancelled a bailiff charge and had the ticket reduced to its initial price with a bonus fee also sent for an apology from the bailiff company. After God trust this is your best shot and having some peace in the uk

Got my parking charge notice cancelled, great service communication and price, now send all my parking and penalty charges over to them! Would definitely recommend.
