Partsworld-UK レビュー

Good prices, they have hard to find stuff, fast delivery, and when I ordered a wrong item it was delt with quickly and professionally.

Partsworld is my go to website for anything Alfa Romeo Fiat & Abarth
The guys have masses of knowledge and are so helpful in particular Robert he went over and above to help me source Alfa parts he is so helpfull and has masses of knowledge on models because of his time with the brand.

After an insurance repair which took 14 months through difficulty with parts. Got my order here within 1 day👍
Excellent

My EMC air filter for my Alfa was delivered within a couple of days and nearly £30 cheaper from anybody else ..happy days.Would recommend

Unfortunately no delivery attempt was made on Friday just before bank holiday, even though tracking states it was out for delivery. Nothing like taking the day off work and sitting in for the delivery!

Emailed Parts world to be told it’s the customer that has to contact Parcel force to ask where the parcel is? Hold on… I don't get to choose the logistics company and I have done my part paying for the item and the £10 postage!

Feel like this company is robbing customers of its money, Sales team give nothing but excuses “Liam” because apparently it is ONLY him in the office?

Why is there only 1 person working there?

So many questions and no answers, hopefully it will arrive TODAY… because I can already feel they would make a refund difficult if it doesn’t or make up many more excuses on how its the customers issue and they have to deal with it.

WOULD AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY

I have dealt with Partsworld

Absolutely first class service. Goods delivered within 2 days. Packaged really well. The company obviously knows the value of excellent customer service. Will definitely use again. Very impressed.

Ordered online - my fault I ordered incorrectly. Excellent responsive customer service to arrange my return and refund. Went above and beyond to make sure o found the correct part second time - which then arrived the next day. Good service.

Went online to source Vauxhall Mokka mats for our new car.
Competitive price, great communication and fast delivery.
Fitted our vehicle perfectly 👍🏻

I’ve used Partsworld-UK several times and they consistently deliver great service. Orders are processed quickly and the parts arrive on time, often within a day or two. Their team is helpful in resolving any issues, and the range of genuine products is impressive. Definitely a reliable choice for quality car parts.

Excellent service. Genuine parts at a very reasonable price and was able to pick them up to avoid waiting for delivery

Fast delivery. Goods as described. Good price. Easy transaction. Many thanks.

The ordering was straight forward off the Website, the correct parts needed to be confirmed prior to despatch, this was done on the Monday morning with a phone call, the parts arrived Tuesday morning. I wish all companies were this professional.

Item arrived really quickly & was exactly what I wanted

After I logged on I had a query and it was answered very promptly and in helpful and friendly manner. The website was easy to use. Payment very straightforward and the item very promptly delivery using their standard service. I would definitely use them again

Used this company several times now, and they have always been extremely helpful , even when I have been mithering over something I have not been sure of they have always had time and patience to reassure , Liam out of digital sales deserves a special mention in this regard. If parts are in stock they are promptly dispatched. Highly recommend this company.

The site was easy to use, parts were good value for money and the delivery was fast.

Ordered parts which were the wrong size, not their fault. Phoned to return and they couldn’t be more helpful. Then guided me to the right parts. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again

Great transaction. Quick to answer the phone, very helpful sales team especially Liam, noticed & sorted an issue quickly before despatch with good comms, then arranged a fast replacement wheel. Excellent service all round. Will definitely use again.
