Nous avons loué un logement à Cambridge pour 46 nuits. à notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que plusieurs éléments ne correspondaient pas aux photos de lâannonce, qui nous ont semblé particuliÚrement flatteuses par rapport à la réalité. Lâétat général du jardin notamment était trÚs éloigné de ce qui était présenté.
Lâagence est intervenue sur certains problÚmes signalés durant le séjour, ce que nous reconnaissons. En revanche, lorsque nous avons demandé un geste commercial compte tenu des nombreux désagréments rencontrés, une premiÚre ouverture à une indemnisation nous a été laissée entendre, avant quâaucune proposition ne soit finalement retenue.

Regarding the mid-stay clean, while you declined this service, periodic visits are required for longer stays to help us maintain and inspect the property.
The Wi-Fi was operational throughout your stay, although occasional signal fluctuations can occur and are unfortunately beyond our control.

Unreliable - cancelled a 10-person booking 4 weeks before arrival
We booked a house in Bath on airbnb 6 months ago with this company for a special occasion. With only 4 weeks until arrival, Pass the Property cancelled our booking, due to a "system glitch". It is simply not acceptable for a company of this size to take half a year to notice a technical error.
It felt like a convenient excuse to clear their calendar for higher prices close to the date as it is during peak season.
If you are planning to book one of their houses, I would think twice before trusting this company with your booking. They are clearly happy to hold your money for months and then cancel when it suits them with a very unprofessional excuse.

Recently booked a room had to change all the booking.com details to a friend who was also staying at the property after finally reaching the stage of them accepting her id and confirming it was fine they then asked for a second ID! This was almost back and fourth for 2 hours...
In the meantime I booked them another room and tried to get full refund!
We finally were allowed to have the property details, on the last day we tried to put keys back in the keysafe, code seem to have changed as key safe wasnt working. We decided to post they keys for safety reasons, I then Received q message to say weve been charged for a locksmith after numerous times of explaining we had no choice to post keys....

There was an issue regarding the pre-check requirements; however, management granted an exemption even though a secondary ID was not provided, as part of our security protocol for this self check-in property. The check-in details and access instructions were sent to you in advance. You later informed us that you wished to cancel and had already booked elsewhere. We asked our cleaner to attend the property the following day, and they reported that the lockbox was empty. Later, we received a message from you stating that you were staying at the property.
After your check-out, the cleaner and handyman checked the letterbox, but no key was found. As a result, we had to arrange for a locksmith to forcibly open the door and change the lock. Please refer to the signed rental agreement, which states that if the issued keys are not returned upon departure, we reserve the right to charge the guest or booker for the replacement of keys or the changing of locks.
We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve our processes and communication for future guests.

I booked this property via Airbnb, the Manchester City Townhouse on Union Street, and honestly wish I could give it 0 stars.
From the minute we arrived it was clear the house hadnât been cleaned properly. There was rubbish piled up outside from overflowing bins, it smelled awful and even blocked the entrance which felt like a safety issue.
Inside wasnât any better. Dirty walls, a mouldy bathroom, and we even found bugs. A lot of things were broken too, including the blinds, and there were missing tiles and panels around the house. It just felt really run down and poorly looked after.
For a place that sleeps 10, the lack of basics was ridiculous. There were fewer than 3 rolls of toilet paper, no cloths or sponges to wash up, barely any dishes, not even a single glass, and not enough plates or bowls for everyone.
Then to top it off, after we left the host tried to charge us for a stain and a broken blind that were already like that when we got there. Given the state of the place, thatâs completely unfair and now I am having to go through Air BnB to ensure I do not get charged.
Overall, the property felt unsafe and unhygienic and just not fit to be rented out. Airbnb really needs to check this place properly because in its current condition, people shouldnât be staying here.

Wish I could give a 0 star review. House was not at all clean when we arrived.
