Excellent property in a great location. Pass the property were really responsive. Would definitely recommend.

We were not from the area and due to some confusion and errors we didnt recieve our check in details. So we parked in the parking area under the apartment while this was sorted to drop our bags. Sadly as a football match was on we couldn't park so travelled home. Not there fault. We then used an uber to arrive to find the wrong keys were left. They refused to believe the keys were wrong and suggested I send a video to prove they were not working. Then had me running around looking in various locations for them. Eventually after 2 hrs they arranged for a cleaner to come which should of been done as soon a I reported the issue. Then to add insult I recieved a £100 parking fine for the 40 mins I was parked below while awaiting check in details which also gave details of parking. I contacted them to say could this be vouded by the parking company as it was a mix up with paying guests and the basically said no its your fault. So 40 mins has cost me £100. And for the record the mess they made with the keys leaving us locked out for over 2 hours the offered £10 to compensate us...these people just care about money...NOTHING MORE. UPDATE...THERE WAS 100% NO ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY FOR OVER 2 HRS DUE TO THE WRONG KEYS BEING LEFT. PASS THE PROPERTY CLEARLY WISH TO LIE ABOUT THIS ON THERE REPLY..EVEN MORE REASON TO AVOID THEM. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO MAKE THIS UP.

Unreasonable Deposit Policy – Not Recommended

I would not recommend this property due to their handling of deposits and charges. The host charged a £200 deposit directly, outside of Booking.com, and refused to refund £80 for a minor issue—moving a mirror to use in better light.

The mirror was not damaged, and their own photos confirm this. The host did not offer the opportunity to return the mirror myself, instead unreasonably withholding a large portion of my deposit.

It is particularly concerning that they take deposits directly when the booking is made through Booking.com, which is against Booking.com policy and puts guests at risk. This experience left me stressed and disappointed, and I would caution other travelers to avoid this property or ensure all payments and deposits go through official channels.

Lovely clean house lots of space and everything we needed thank you :)

We stayed here from 24th–26th December as a family of 12 for Christmas, and it was exactly what we needed.

We were initially a little hesitant after reading some comments about wear and tear, but once we arrived it was clear how much thought and effort has gone into making this a really lovely space for families and groups. It felt relaxing and practical straight away.

The bathrooms have clearly been refurbished and were a real highlight - the en-suite bath tub to the main room was great and having three toilets and showers meant there were no issues getting everyone ready, even on Christmas morning with 12 of us up and about.

The flow of the ground floor worked really well for a large group, making it easy to spend time together without feeling cramped. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, which made such a difference after the busy days.

The kitchen is a great size for cooking for a big family - well equipped with plenty of utensils and cookware, plus a double fridge freezer, which was perfect for a Christmas stay. There was also plenty of parking, which was really important for us.

Overall, it’s a spacious, comfortable and well-thought-out place for a large family or group. The host was also incredibly kind and accommodating in offering us a late checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and was very much appreciated.

Thank you for a lovely stay - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

The property is in Eastcote.We stayed here from 30th November - 13th December.The apartment was very neat and clean with fully equipped kitchen.We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it for families with kids .It is quite spacious with a separate living room, kitchen.Apart from this they have ample storage spaces in cupboard.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and second room has 2 single beds.The washroom has a shower and is quite spacious.I was surprised with the cleanliness.

Great location to Wembley Stadium shops & cafes. Approx 10 mins walk.
House sleeps comfortably up to 14. 2 parking spaces. Great communication from owners. Definitely would stay again. Thank you 🤩

If I could give zero I would, they currently rent a property out which is a small two bedroom flat which has up to 8 people staying in it on a weekend, and different people staying throughout the week most weeks, the noise levels are unbearable and the rubbish dumped outside is endless. I constantly complain and they do not listen. I own the ground and the land registry says no short term renting is allowed, but they make money from the landlord and do not care, please think before using them what impact this has, thank you.
