After reading the reviews of Peals Only I was abit skeptical of them. But I decided to ignore the reviews and try them out for myself and I am happy that I did press on with my purchase.

Bearing in mind I did order the necklace on the 26th of December so I was expecting abit of delay in dispatching and shipping although I never recieved a confirmation email of purchase. After purchasing the order status was kept on office to office transfer for 8 days which did make me abit nervous as the item I brought said it ships within less than 12 buisness hours and decided to email them and ask them what office to office transfer means and when can I expect my order to be dispatched however they did not get back to me on this at all. They did send a seperate auto update email about my order informing me that my item has been dispatched which was on the 4th Jan and when checking the status of the order on their website the status had also changed to dispatched and I recieved the item on 9th Jan.

On recieving the necklace it was well packaged and came with 2 free gifts of earrings and another necklace which I was able to choose on checkout both are lovely looking peices and have there own small silk pouches to be kept in as well as a large silk pouch for the main necklace. The necklace came in a smooth gorgeous jewellery box with a velvet lining along with a care cleaning card and a very soft cleaning cloth for the pearls, an apprasial certificate and unexpectedly a few other small pearls to show you what the usual majority of how many pearls turn out and how yours compare to the marjority. As for the main necklace which I brought, it is absolutely stunning and I cannot be more happier with it! From the shape of the pearls to there colour and sits just right when put on due to being a V necklace which is another point Im very glad about is that I found that specific design as I found it extremely hard to find that style of necklace.

I would definatly recommed that you buy from them as they are relatively cheap compared to others selling pearls but the quality and look of the items is top notch!

It is totally rubbish, and customer service is so careless about the customer satisfaction. My wife was only able to wear three months, that is all,

Don't buy from this bunch of scammers. My husband got me a few things from them and we are gobsmacked at how cheap the stuff looks and is. Authentic pearls?? From China and made of plastic, more like. You can see bits of glue on one of the pearls, the quality is so poor. Scammers!

I am surprised about so many bad reviews. I am very satisfied with my purchases. I am also a returning buyer at PearlsOnly. Right now I am waiting for my new order. I have to admit, that I always purchase pearl necklaces or bracelets, but never rings or pendants, just pure pearls. What I want to say is, that the quality of pearls is exquisite and that is, what I am interested in. They ship for free without any taxes to all countries in Europe, which is just another plus and an exception, I am not aware of any other seller, who does that.

Pearls only has amazing customer service very prompt. Helped me decide on a color even providing a color chart. I received my earrings the other day shipping was pretty fast and they were a silky lavender color great quality. Excited for
my next order.

My experience with Pearls Only has been quite exceptional. There have been a few reviews that did scare me a bit regarding returns. I had to return the origin pearls that I ordered, the communications by email with customer service, particularly Jenny was extremely helpful, all postage reimbursed including a change of mind on my part. She has been incredibly helpful and amazingly patient. The pearls are beautiful as is the presentation. I can only go by my experience but I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you Pearls Only

My boyfriend ordered me a freshwater pearl ring, website said ships immediately, and receive in 2-3 days. Did not ship until 9 days later, received 15 days after ordering. Opened package, ring was absolutely nothing what was advertised. Horrible customer service.

Called Pearlsonly and asked to speak with someone of knowledge about black pearls and I asked them if their products came with a documents of authenticity. There was a pause then Pearlsonly just hung up. I tried again thinking it was a accident. Some thing happen again. I am so glad I called before ordering any pearls with them and will not spend any money with them ever.

Pathetic products . Lucky I tried before buying someone a gift worth much more . I’ll look elsewhere . What I received from these guys last week ,looks defective to say the least.

Like the other reviewers, I am quite dissatisfied with my purchase. I didn’t wear my black pearl studs for a few months after receiving them as a gift, but shortly after I began wearing them, one pearl earring took on a decidedly brown cast. I contacted Customer Service and they were no help because, of course, the 90-day warranty period had expired. Whoever heard of a real black pearl turning brown just from wearing it? Avoid this company at all costs. I will be buying my pearls from Tiffany in the future. A lot more money, but they stand behind every piece of jewellery that they sell.

I bought my wife a black pearl ring from PearlsOnly.com for a Christmas present. Because I had seen the ring in October I bought it to put away for Christmas Day. It turned out that I had ordered the wrong size and when I contacted them in the New Year they refused to exchange it due to their 90 day returns policy. The ring had never been worn, was in it's original box with the original packaging and could simply have been returned to their stock but they would not help. After one email request that was denied they just ignored me but continually bombard me almost daily with marketing junk. Avoid this company like the plague.
