I am impressed with their classic designs. I bought the sunburst brooch & 2 sets of earrings. The earrings are designed to wear during the day into the evening. Just the right length! I'm looking forward to wearing the brooch during the holidays. I am planning to purchase a necklace, not sure if I want the 18" or 21"..Maybe both !!

Great products and quality, a 4 because delivery takes a while, and with some earrings didn't come with proper backs, instead those disposable plastic ones which was disappointing, but for the quality and price, as advertised

They always deliver more than exactly what I want in that I’m always impressed when I receive my order and also the packaging is spot on. Admittedly, yes they are expensive but things like that just can’t come cheap.

I have ordered many many items from House of Pearls and have been happy with most all of them........today I was at the AVEDA salon and was asked where I got my necklace and earrings.......I recommended House if Pearls to this person

I ordered the pretty pearl earrings with blue stones. When I tried to put them in, the post broke from the pearl. I called and no one ever picked up after numerous times and no return calls. It is also difficult to find out where to return the broken earrings. I’m extremely upset and disappointed. Judith S. Cunningham (631)585-4299.

I have purchased from House of Pearls before but never again. There are other companies that sell beautiful pearl jewelry with much better customer service. Run don't walk away from this store.

Your return policy is terrible. I attempted to purchase a surprise for my wife. Unfortunately she didn’t like the design. I reached out to return and was often an insult of $20. I will certainly not recommend your site and will discourage anyone I speak to about using your site.

The pearls themselves were lovely. Lavender drops on gold earrings. They were delivered timely. Connection with the company was frequent and good. I try not to spend too much time on your offers as I operate on the premise that there is no such thing as a bad pearl. Wonderful experience overall.

Love the design and quality, recommended to many friends and colleagues. Although it takes a while to get it delivered but so far all the orders arrived safely.
