Fast and efficient, the company always gives customers options , reliable service

I recently took part in a study with People for Research and it was a great experience. Communication was always clear and helpful, with all the information and instructions I needed sent out in plenty of time. The surveys were quick and easy to fill out, and I received payment within 48hrs of finishing the last form. But the best part is that the product I trialed really worked for me!

I'm already looking to take part in another study and will be recommending them to friends and family.

What a fun experience and so easy to follow.

I’ve had a really positive experience with People for Research. The initial surveys are generally quick and easy to complete, and I particularly enjoy the variety of research opportunities available — no two projects feel quite the same. I’ve taken part in some genuinely interesting discussions and studies, and it’s actually quite fun getting to experience different types of market research and share your perspective on products and services you use in everyday life.
The communication from the team has always been clear and professional, and the payment process has been straightforward and reliable too. Overall, it feels well organised from the initial application through to taking part and receiving payment. Definitely one of the research platforms I enjoy engaging with.

I was interviewed one-to-one via Zoom yesterday, all good, courteous interviewer and interesting topic. Payment hasn’t arrived yet (which is why I took off a star, as I assumed it would be same day), but if it hasn’t arrived in a few days’ time I have the number and email address of the staff member who originally called me after I filled in an online form.

UPDATE: They actually paid 2 days after the interview. So I have changed it from 4 stars to 5. :-)

I enjoyed the research and having the chance to share my experiences. Communication and payment was very efficient.

This project "Simplify your business finances!" caught me slightly off guard as I use AI as and when needed. However, I was able to ask Nume various questions to do with my finance that would have taken me longer to work out. EG cash flow and what is coming in and going out. I was able to test the AI technology and it could not do everything but as said it did do many more things much quicker. A really good project. PFR always send me projects that makes me move up a step and climb the ladder.

Had a very hospitable and informative experience! Was made to feel very welcomed by all staff and the process itself was very easy. I can't seem to fault any aspect of my experience and I genuinely look forward to the possibility of participating for further research.

I love doing research with these guys. They are true to who they are. They work and support your through the research process. They help and answer questions you have . I like to doing and taking part in research with them. You are comfortable and able to speak to any one of them. I would recommend to anyone and join them.

I've participated now in two different research studies through people for research - one I was matched to without having directly applied, based upon the personal details I gave signing up for membership, and the other I directly applied for on the webpage.

In both instances, PFR staff contacted me to arrange a suitable time slot, and rang the day before to make sure that I was still available - on the latter occasion, due to bereavement and a short notice funeral, I actually was not, but they very helpfully re-booked my slot and then, when I could not find the joining email on the day, at very short notice provided the details again - for both studies, I received payment the next working day - both awarded £50 compensation, one as a voucher, the other as cash to my bank account.

I have probably expressed interest in 20-30 studies over 3/4 months since signing up, and been invited to those two, which may help manage expectations for anybody else signing up - there seem to be slightly more opportunities in England, particularly for the in person sessions, but that isn't massively surprising to me, and isn't the fault of PFR - it is down to the researchers they link you up with!

Anyway. The PFR staff I have dealt with have all been lovely and very helpful, and I've enjoyed both studies I have been invited to - not setting me up to retire so far, but fun to do and the compensation is definitely nice to receive!

Have done a few of these and have had no issues. Have always received what they said and all the staff and researchers have been lovely.

Seamless interface with the researcher. Steffi was very clear in her instructions and what was required of me. She gave me time to consider my answers and was by made to feel fully at ease. A very positive experience.

The inline interview was made really fun by the engaging interviewer. It was a genuinely great way to spend an hour.

My experience of People for Research has been excellent. I recently participated in an online market research discussion regarding household finances and energy costs. It was great to give my feedback and to be recompensed with a substantial reward. I'd recommend to anyone interested.

I really enjoy participating the the research opportunities provided by People for Research. They give an opportunity to shape the future of technology for businesses and this is both constructive and rewarding.

My one-to-one with the person who was interviewing me went very well and smoothly. She was professional and to the point while at the same time made me feel very relaxed. 👍👍👍
