I've done several studies with People for Research and always enjoy them. P4R always check my suitability for the study, give me all the information I could require and set a time that suits my limited energy envelope. The people and friendly, the admin runs smoothly, incentive payment is prompt and there is no pressure.

I had a really positive experience with People for Research. Marley was absolutely lovely to deal with — friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process.

Everything was explained clearly, communication was great, and the whole experience was straightforward from start to finish. Marley made me feel comfortable and kept me informed about what was happening.

I enjoyed the interaction with the researcher. She explained the process in detail and checked I was comfortable with answering the questions. She went at my pace and ensured I understood the questions . Her approach was warm, friendly and empathetic, without being patronising. I hope my responses were of some help.

My review is is to say how good the study was? I wont reveal for security purposes what it was ? But excellent questions given and I hope my answers were good enough to help others I was able to put my views forward and it lasted just over an hour,, a great reward to. They are a nice kind group of people. So if you want to join and find a survey/ study that could suit you. Just go online or Google app and sign up it is worth it.

I've always had a great experience with people for research. The researchers are very friendly and helpful when you do your initial screening and the tasks whilst challenging are always fun to do. And the payments are always prompt too.

I certainly had to work for my money, but it was a good experience - I was website testing for the department of justice, so worthwhile in and of itself. It required a lot of focus and those running the session genuinely thanked me for my work during the hour. My payment voucher arrived today, which is the day after I completed the website testing, so much faster than usually happens with onllne research. I'm also grateful for research opportunities that offer vouchers as a payment option, as being on disability benefit I am allowed to be paid by vouchers but not by BACS or Paypal, and research that doesn't offer voucher payment excludes a lot of disabled people - we are your customers and clients too! Research also often excludes people over 45, I'm 52 and older people are also part of your customer/client base!

So worthwhile. Having the opportunity to take part in important research is a privilege and everyone involved is so helpful and reassuring. I felt supported all through the process.

The staff members were quite friendly, gentle in the exercise and generally very pleasant. My joy is seeing a new medical innovation for all.

I liked how to think of 3 questions before, the researcher was very helpful, we got £70 (and free food and drink!) We were paid very fast. We met in a coffee shop and she took us there which was very nice. I found the product very intresting (product is top secret I cannot give any more info.) If I were brutally honest, 4.9 is the rating (nothing's perfect.)

The interviewer was pleasant, experienced & knowledgeable on the subject. The interview started on time & ended on time. Overall, it was an excellent interview on an interesting topic of travel.

I applied to People for Research and was contacted quickly to join a Pension Credit research one to one. It was excellent. I really enjoyed the experience and felt my views were taken seriously and explored fully. I would do another research like this again. I was sent a £50 gift card that I was able to apply to an online account that I use frequently and all was good there too. The whole experience was interesting and glad I did it.

People For Research sessions are always a challenge but a good challenge. The latest I did recently was about my views on access to Government departments dealing with Pensions and Benefits. In my case, the focus was on pensions and the session allowed me to vent my experience in this connection, which on the whole was good. If my contribution on the day leads to better communication by pensioners with the Pensions Service/DWP then it was a worthwhile exercise. The initial feedback I got from the research panel seems to indicate this was so.

Great experience with People for Research every time I do a piece of research for them. Brilliant communication, interesting studies, fast payments. Highly trustworthy organisation. Appreciate the opportunity to have my voice heard on important topics, particularly on accessibility issues.

Excellent company. Their staff are very professional and helpful. They guide you through how to be a successful participant and are always available to help with any technical issues. The research studies are very interesting and involve a variety of subjects.

Registering for the research is a bit more annoying since the latest website update, as you cannot open a research page in a new window and have to open one study, apply, go back to the main page, scroll again through the opportunities you're not interested in... just a bit too time consuming now.

Studies themselves are usually pretty good, like with most similar sites, the chances you'll be picked are quite small, but once you do, USUALLY things go well. The payout is always fast and I haven't had any issues with redeeming vouchers or getting bank payments.

One time, I had an experience of being chosen for a study, but when the day of my meeting came, I stil hadn't received any details of how to join, had to call People for Research only to find out even though I was originally chosen for the study, they decided not to interview me, and didn't let me know, despite the meeting already being scheduled. Hence the "usually" part in the previous paragraph, as that was clearly a communication issue from People for Research and not the actual researchers.

There are also studies where the companies who are behind the actual research aren't so good with communication and/or customer service but that's not PFR's fault so yeah

I have had involvement with People for Research for a number of years. The team is very friendly, professional and their research opportunities are always well organised. Communication is excellent by phone and email with all relevant information needed for taking part, and for receiving the incentive. If you are considering being part of some research, then I highly recommend this company.

Hi participated in a reasearch study and had a very informative experince. The organisation carrying out the activity were very pleasent. They feed and watered me as i was with them a few hours. They were professional and engaging. PFR kept me informed on when i needed to attend research and sent information needed in a timely manner. Overal a fantastic experience. I will surely sign up for more opportunties. Last of all i was offered a very good incentive. Dont put of applying for tasks you honestly have nothing to lose.
