You came highly recommended
My friend had got you to fit her shutters and I loved them. She highly recommended you. After having shutters in her previous house supplied by a different company she thought you were excellent. She told me how amazing they are and would be for my home. She wasn't wrong. They are fabulous and I'm so glad to have them. I have nagged my husband about wanting these for a very long time and finally he agreed. Now he's begrudgingly admitting that I was right 😄 and how good they are. He also was very impressed with your service..

Excellent shutters!
The gentleman that came initially was really helpful and knowledgeable, even answered a text message with a query on a Sunday when he wasn’t working.
The ladies on the phone that we spoke to were also really nice and helpful too.
When the two chaps (called Neil and Trevor, I believe) came to fit the shutters, they were lovely, very quick, and have done an excellent job! There was an issue with one of the boxes with shutters in that was missing, so we were missing two panels. They were very apologetic, and they were great at sorting that out.
All around a great experience, would highly recommend, the shutters are fabulous, the quality is amazing, and we are very very pleased!

My ‘go to’ for shutters …
Super service from start to finish. The sales team, the survey team and the fitters were all knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Absolutely love the shutters - what a difference they make and were fitted perfectly in a timely and clean manner. Will certainly be my ‘go to’ for additional shutters.

My shutters are absolutely 'Perfect'.
I ordered my shutters in March with delivery and fitting promised within 12 weeks. Perfect Shutters kept their promise and they were fitted on Thursday by Jamie & Tom and absolutely live up to the company name 'Perfect'. I love them!
I would highly recommend this company for their professional and friendly service, quality of goods and excellent communication from all staff including sales, architect, customer services and fitters. If you are thinking of getting plantation shutters do not hesitate to use this company, you will not be disappointed.

I bought my first set of shutters from…
I bought my first set of shutters from Perfect Shutters four years ago, and they were absolutely perfect. When we moved house, ordering shutters from them again was one of the first things I wanted to do based on my previous experience.
My new shutters were fitted before Christmas, but unfortunately I have noticed that the quality is not as good as it was before. It feels as though there may have been some cost-cutting or a change in supplier.
What has been even more disappointing is the after-sales service. Since installation, I have reported faults, but customer service has been poor. Several appointments have been changed, and I have had to spend a lot of time chasing for updates. The issues are still not fully resolved, and I am currently waiting for yet another revisit.
Based on my recent experience, I would not recommend Perfect Shutters. It’s very disappointing, especially given how excellent my first experience with the company was.

Hi SJB,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We're genuinely grateful that after having such a positive experience with us four years ago, you chose Perfect Shutters again for your new home. As a family business that has recently celebrated 30 years of trading, that continued trust and support means a great deal to us.
We're therefore really sorry to read that this experience hasn't lived up to the standards you rightly expected from us. We work hard to continually improve both our products and the service we provide, so it's especially disappointing to hear when we've fallen short.
We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with ongoing issues, changed appointments and the time you've spent chasing for updates. That isn't the experience we want any of our customers to have, and we're sorry you've been left feeling disappointed.
Please could you email us at customersupport@perfectshutters.co.uk with your order details?
We'd really appreciate the opportunity to investigate what's happened, review your account in full and work with you to get everything resolved as quickly as possible.
Thank you again for your feedback. We hope we'll have the opportunity to put things right and restore the confidence you previously had in Perfect Shutters.
