Jamie and Jake did a great job installing double French Doors on a track system. Really neat, tidy and professional. First Class job. Can’t fault this company, from start to finish. Everyone we have dealt with has been great! Dan and Tom came out yesterday and installed the shutters, and we could not be happier with how they look. The lads were in and out in about 90 mins and were a pleasure to have in the house. 100% recommend 👍

Avoid Perfect Shutters Like The Plague

I ordered one plantation shutter for my landing window .. They did a great design - paid them , but it was installation time when they failed big time .

Was booked in for 19 th December , first appointment 8clk , now I was ok with that because I start work at 9clk which isn’t far away .
At 8.55 no sign of them , no phone call to say they turned up albeit it very late …. Nothing

Come new year I rang them again but the department I needed only returned the Monday first working week of the new year .
Still no call .
I thought every day they going to call soon ? But no .

I rang them and they said I’ll pass onto the correct department - still no call

Rang again ,, they said they could do the next day 15 th Jan , inbetween 11clk and 1.30
No Show - no phone call either -

So at 1.45 I rang them , gave a an excuse lots of sickness and not many fitters , but, you would expect a call to tell you this , not that I would have to call and find this out myself .
They said someone will be coming out later on in the day “ but “ I couldn’t stay in any longer due to appointments .

To this day now Sunday 18 Jan nobody has rang me . Which begs to believe is my plantation shutter in the back of a transit being shuttled about on a daily basis maybe it’s scuffed now ? Surely just that one person should be thinking “ why do we still have this plantation shutter in the back of the van still?”

My next stage is I’m going to my bank to reverse the charges from Perfect Shutters as I do not want to give this company any of my money because of abdominal customer service ie - no correspondence about my shutter . Avoid - use somebody else

We looked forward to having our new shutters installed and on the day from start to finish the team, they were exceptional.The three members came in and immediately removed their shoes, wow! They were all polite and courteous and super efficient they never stopped once during their work. The installation team left everything spotless you would not know they had been. We have lived here many years and these three lads are the nicest friendliest people we’ve ever had working inside our home.
