I took in a 32 year old Rolex that I have worn daily since I purchased it. I previously had it serviced by a budget watch person about 18 months ago and shock horror it broke again and also had malfunctions internally due to it not being sealed properly.

Alexandros identified the issues swiftly, got to work and kept me updated along the way. His work comes with the longest guarantee I could hunt out of all of the luxury watch repair services in Chesire and Liverpool.

I have now received my watch back and it is glimmering the movement even appears to be working more efficiently like a stunning well-oiled machine again!

Sent watch in for a re-polish as I was gifting a watch to my son and wanted it to look as close to brand new as possible. And it did! A number of noticeable blemishes and scratches were gone and the watch had a real 'like-new' feel. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Received notification by email and phone that watch had arrived and when it had been returned. Very happy with the service.

I have just had a GMT repaired and served by Alexandros. The service and repair is excellent. The watch has come back looking like a new watch. Will not hesitate to use him again or recommend him.

My watch received a full HD refinish, so to put into more perspective my watch was polished and cleaned etc. My watch looks brand new again. My service has been 5 star, Alex and his team are very professional and finished the procedure in the time they said. Thank you again 😆

In 2016 I inherited my father’s Rolex. The watch means more to me than anyone can imagine, as I’ve so many memories of my dad wearing his watch everyday. The watch was in real need of repair and service and more importantly a huge clean and polish, having never been touched since new in 1971. To update this on this - Omega Bezel fell off 6 months after this service and unfortunately was lost. Some discussion on liability (Watch is 13 years old - bezel never removed, 6 months after service/removal it fell off), however did agree to fix and replace foc, although did take a further 5 weeks and was fitted with a non-genunine bezel click.

I first approached Alex when I was looking to buy a Rolex and asked for some advice and if he could authenticate it for me. After I’d told him what I was after (my first Rolex so a big deal for me) and what my budget was he offered to sauce a watch for me. After two weeks he contacted me with what I wanted well within my budget.
I met Alex at his Liverpool workshop and he shown me the watch, it was perfect. He was great with me, with it being my first Rolex I had lots of questions that he answered honestly and promptly. Alexandros is a very competent professional. He knows his business and industry well.
He took on a family heirloom (vintage Rolex) that no-one else would work on. He succeeded in bringing the watch back to life. It was expensive, but everything was explained, communicated and forewarned.

What an excellent experience using Perpetual Time and dealing with Alexandros. Having a vintage watch that needed repairing he was happy to deal with it and did an amazing job. From how to send him my watch, communicating the stages and organising the pick up, all very professional. It is good to know I have someone trustworthy to look after my watch for the future.
