I wanted someone local to service my recently purchased, used, Breitling super avenger 2, rather than send it further afield. I went to see Alex who was very knowledgeable and honest. The watch looked amazing when I picked it up! Looked like new! I would thoroughly recommend Perpetual-Time if you want expert advice and service. 5 star.

Alex from Perpetual Time is a true gent and a real master of his craft. I recently bought my first luxary watch through Perpetual Time and the whole process couldn't have been any better! Alex really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and went above and beyond to ensure I was getting exactly the right watch. Communication was great throughout the whole process, I was continually kept up to date on the progress and actually recieved the watch much sooner than I expected! Alex took the time to sit with me and explain how to use the watch and sized it perfectly for my wrist. I couldn't be happier and would definately recommend Alex, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

After a lot of research I finally decided to ask Perpetual Time to service my Breitling Avenger that i have worn as my daily for the last 15 years….i own a building company and where my hands go so does my watch, so you can imagine 15 years of tuff love…….scratched to hell, covered in god knows what, broken ratchet bezel rubber strap split and in very poor condition……actually a very sad looking Breitling thats seen better days.

Once my watch was received Alex reached out via WhatsApp and a personal phone call to tell me the watch had arrived safe and sound

after a full inside outside inspection Alex explained again in detail what my sad looking used and abused Breitling required to bring it back to its former glory days…

5 weeks later my beautiful Breitling arrived…..i was absolutely shocked on how amazing it looks, runs and feels.

I have been referred to Perpetual Time by the manufacturer of my watch for a warranty service, and my experience with the business is excellent. Alex was attentive and helpful to me throughout the entire process and my watch was back to me in no time. I'd say I had an amazing experience with their service and would support them again if any of my watches need a future service.

Amazing service! Had my uncles tagheur watch serviced and glass face replaced by Alex and it came back like it was brand new even though it’s 30yrs old. Would highly recommend perpetual time to anyone they will go above and beyond for you

I bought a used (1995) Patek Philippe 3919R Calatrava a few days ago and even though it was from a reputable dealer on line, apart from a few photos that was it I made the decision to buy it. When it arrived I was very happy, then having read on line that there was some very good fakes, a little voice inside my head made me doubt it being 100% genuine. I had heard good things about Perpetual-Time, Liverpool and made an appointment for Alexandros to inspect and verify it as a genuine Patek.
Once in his workshop, I was very impressed with the state of the art equipment he had and how clean the workshop was. I later received a comprehensive report stating that it is a genuine Patek and in excellent health and condition. I can now relax knowing that I bought a true Patek work of art. Thank you Alexandros

I’m delighted with the results. I had a new battery fitted to my TAG watch which was done quickly. My watch was also cleaned at no extra cost and was returned looking like new. I would highly recommend.

I recently had my Rolex Yacht-Master serviced by Alex at Perpetual Time, and I couldn’t be more impressed. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, and my watch now looks like new. It’s great to have such a skilled watch repair specialist in Liverpool. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Alex again and highly recommend his services.

Alexandros responded to my request for a quote quickly and the watch was sent off for replacement seals and pressure test, and returned complete in under a week. The instructions were clear and the fact that Perpetual-Time insure their packages both ways added confidence. Would definitely recommend and will probably use them when my other watches need servicing.
