Dealt with Linda this morning and the service could not be faulted. Linda identified my taps, gave me product codes and ordered up the service parts needed. Spare parts ordered with no fuss
Fast identification of a discontinued tap and instantly sorted the spare parts required for the repair. Very proficient add able to sort on the phone which was a great help.

Very expensive and arrived with two faults
The tap looks lovely but after repeated delays to its delivery, it arrived with two faults. Perrin & Rowe are willing to send new parts but not pay towards the cost of plumbing to install or send a new tap (unless you first get the tap removed and have their QA department check it and try to repair it). Not what you'd expect for what was an extremely expensive tap. Hugely disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're really sorry to hear about your experience, particularly following the delays and the issues identified on installation. That’s understandably frustrating and not the standard we aim to deliver.
Our products are made to order, which can sometimes mean longer lead times than expected depending on the specification, however we appreciate that this only adds to the disappointment when things don’t arrive as they should.
We completely understand your concerns around experiencing faults so soon after installation, especially on a premium product. While we initially supported with replacement parts under the warranty scheme, we recognise that this hasn’t met your expectations in this instance.
We are actively reviewing this case with your retailer to ensure it’s resolved in a way that is fair and straightforward for you. Wasiq Khan (Senior Customer Service Manager) will be in contact in due course so we can help bring this to a proper resolution.
