Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service! Slightly damaged item was swiftly resolved all whilst on a telephone call. The replacement part was ordered, stock checked and despatched all within the space of a few minutes whilst we were on the call. Amazing stuff.

We have a thirty plus year old tap and…
We have a thirty plus year old tap and we’re looking to replace it but after speaking with Tom from Perrin and Rowe and whatapping photos he was able to identify the the discontinued model and find me a new spout at a fraction of the price of buying a new tap. It arrived in a day. He also sent me advice on how to eliminate limescale without damage. The service went far and above. It was exemplary and the new spout itself is gorgeous. Recommend.

Exemplary service from Tom at Perrin and Rowe
First of all, Tom in Customer Service was extremely professional and helpful in the way he listened to my request to order a replacement for my hot water tap washer unit which had just started to drip 21 years after installation! I ordered the part on Wed. 27May and part delivered on Fri 29 May, installed without problems over the weekend. Exemplary service, especially from Tom!!

Needed to order some additional spare parts for my Perrin & Rowe Parthian kitchen tap. I had a general idea of what I needed to fix my problem but needed to double check with someone in Support Team. Was helped by Jermaine who was incredibly helpful. He took me through various options, even double checked whether I could purchase some ‘o’ rings for a part without having to order a much bigger item. Fantastic service. Jermaine is a credit to Perrin & Rowe!

Product problem
I had a problem with a shower rose and called in. Tom at Perrin and Rowe immediately owned the issue admitted that particular model had had similar issues and has sent me the upgraded version at no charge to me. All of this took 2 calls and 30 minutes to sort. Proper customer service, well done and thank you Perrin and Rowe

I requested a replacement hot tap and…
I requested a replacement hot tap and was helped by Tom. He made sure I got the correct type. He also made sure that although the waiting time would normally be 4 weeks but because my damaged tap could be a health and safety issue for me so he ensured I got it earlier. When I got the tap he also explained how I could fit it. Great service from Tom. Thanks again.

Spare parts
I called P&R to replace spare parts that were faulty and I spoke to a very friendly and helpful gentleman,Tom, who kindly posted new parts and helpful videos for installation.

I had a dripping tap & called the…
I had a dripping tap & called the customer service team & spoke to Tom.
Tom was very thorough in identifying the problem & told me the replacement parts I would need. He also ran through what I would need to do & sent an email with link to a video to help.
The parts arrived next day & I was able to make the changes in about 15 minutes, great.
Very happy with this, definitely ten out of ten
