One of the best mortgage brokers,as a first time buy they were really helpful with everything, friendly and always willing to help with anything . I highly recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage .

I cannot recommend Personal Touch Kent enough and would not go anywhere else for a mortgage, life or critical illness insurance. Neil and the team are extremely professional, friendly and go above and beyond to make things run smoothly as well as keeping us informed every step of the way.
We weren't an easy couple to mortgage but Neil worked his magic and has taken a huge amount of pressure of us for the future.
They deserve 100 out of 100!

Neil is the best mortgage broker in the world! He’s super knowledgeable and would take the time to explain things to us, as first time buyers it can be quite daunting. We had pretty rubbish conveyancers (nothing to do with Neil!) so I was often calling Neil to explain things (from restrictive covenants to the overall buying process) which was definitely going above and beyond! Neil and Saffron also sorted our life insurance out too, which was a bit of a tricky one but managed to sort it all. We will definitely use PTK for all our future mortgage/insurance needs!

Brilliant service was worried about my mortgage renewal after Personal touch secured me a great deal 3 years ago. With the morgage rates so high at present was concerned how much more I was going to have to pay monthly but was put at ease with a 5 year term agreed with only a small increase in payments.
