I very rarely leave reviews, however I highly recommend Personal Touch Kent.
Neil was professional, understanding, highly capable, and also very relatable. He has taken the time to explain absolutely everything we have covered for both the mortgage and life cover. I'm thrilled to have found Neil and his team.

Luis was excellent at explaining all we needed to do, as first time buyers the whole ordeal was pretty daunting. But having Luis an email or phone call away made a massive difference to our sanity!

Luis worked extremely hard to explore all the options to get me a mortgage, taking into account my limitations. He was so patient with my hundreds of questions and responded quickly to all my emails, even replying at the weekend. I would 100% recommend him for mortgage and insurance needs.

Great team and excellent service! Very informative staff and really went above & beyond. Where we both work full time, Neil always made time to have meetings with us in the evenings. He took the time to guide and advise us through each stage of getting the mortgage for our first house and setting up a few personal insurance policies. Dear Neil,
On Sunday night, the 16th June 2024, in Pembury hospital in the CCU ward, after watching my heart monitor drop into the high twenties, I honestly thought I was going to die, but remembering we had an insurance policy on my life and my wife and indirectly my children would benefit in the worse case scenario, was so deeply comforting and relieving, that it gave me a chance to have at least six or seven good hours of much needed sleep before the procedure the next day, and especially the courage to face death. I’m very very grateful to you my old friend. Honestly I’m so glad you offered this insurance plan on my life. When I was younger and fitter I never thought I was going to be this critically ill. I’m so appreciative of having a new life with a pacemaker now. Thanks so much mate!

I spoke to Neil yesterday to get some advice on mortgages. Cannot fault the service we have received from Luis. He has been attentive, thorough and made the process of acquiring our first mortgage simple.
