We had an issue with rising damp. Mark Alexander the Surveyor was very helpful & informative and Steph the Office Assistant kept us regularly updated. But we would really like to thank Mark Kennedy the Technician, who went above & beyond to help us, showing us the problems and telling us what he was going to do to rectify them. His work was very neat & tidy, which was a bonus too… We are extremely pleased with the service we received from start to finish. We would highly recommended this Company.

Peter Cox completed the works on time and on budget. On site they were clean, tidy and on time and works were completed to a good standard.

Peter Cox did a magnificent job from start to finish. Robert Bialek carried out the original survey and came up with a pragmatic and cost effective solution to help us avoid flooding in the basement. An excellent recommendation and when we proceeded the team that did the work took three days and did a brilliant job. They were lead by Cliff who kept us informed of progress and was great to work with. On time, on budget and effective. We highly recommend them , get ready though this kind of work generates an awful lot of dust!

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful from the office staff on the phone to the surveyor and the guys that carried out the work.

The surveyor spent time with me outlining the work that was required on the property and explained everything in detail. The guys doing the work were friendly and happy to explain as they went along what they were doing and left the house clean and tidy after. I would recommend them

The service was efficient but the 5 stars goes to their surveyor Lloyd. OMG this man went above and beyond. He made himself available on days off. Nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for a damp specialist in the Bristol/ southwest area. Use this company and request Lloyd Saunders. Gave 150% to get the job done for us. Peter Cox you should be paying this man well to keep him. He is worth his weight in gold. I’ll use this company again because se of the service we recieved from Lloyd.

Arrived on time, were quick and very courteous. Job was done very efficiently and site left spotless. I cannot fault them so I woukd highly recommend the company

The Peter Cox arrived on time, they introduced themselves to me . Then the Main workman went over what they were going to do .The weather was wet and miserable ,so it wasn't a good day to be working outside. The internal work was done first , then the outside .All the mess was cleaned up inside and out .They did put the skirting back on for me , which was good
Overall I was very satisfied with the work they did and the politeness of the team.

Peter Cox were excellent. They surveyed the property I subsequently purchased and installed dehumidifiers and a full damp proof course. The survey report was thorough and very clear. They communicated promptly and explained everything well, and worked around my time schedule. The quality of the work was outstanding. I have never seen such smooth plastering. The damp proof installers worked efficiently round the clock to complete the work, were helpful and courteous throughout, and cleaned up the house thoroughly on completion. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Each member of the team worked efficiently and I was confident that the work was carried out to a high standard. Dust was kept to a minimum and all rubbish was cleared away at the end of each day. I am confident to recommend Peter Cox to friends and family.

Called Peter Cox over water ingress issue at my home, Munraj came over to inspect and report.
He arrived on time and was very thorough advising me what he had found and a course of action.
Excellent.

The surveyors Like and Shannon were very thorough, and their reports were clear. Luke dealt with follow up queries quickly and effectively. The Technicians Matt&Danny (and their other 2 helpers) were very quick, courteous and careful with the actual fitting. They took pains to tidy up after this inevitably dusty job.

Lloyd Saunders carried out me survey. He was very thorough and efficient and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I would highly recommend.

Phil Thomas the technician turned up on time was friendly, informative and got on with the job. Really impressed and he left the house clean and removed all rubbish. Really can’t recommend enough. Thank you.

Colin Davidson from Peter Cox came on two days to complete several jobs for us, carried out through an insurance policy with Rentokil.
We had a combination of wet rot affecting some roof timbers above our pantry/larder, and evidence of woodworm activity. He worked diligently and efficiently to remove and replace the affected wood, before treating the rest of the roof space for the prevention of recurrence of the woodworm. He also treated woodwork beneath the kitchen sink, which had been damaged by a leak and was difficult to access. He was professional, with a flexible approach and sociable. It was a pleasure to have him in our home, and he is a credit to his employer, and an excellent brand ambassador.

Lloyd was professional but also friendly and helpful.

From the 1st day we met Shannon fair Hurst surveyor and Shane Lawrence we knew we was in good hands. From day 1 till the end of the job we was keeped up dated on what was going to be done. Shane Lawrence was on the job from start to finish and his work was outstanding. Alan keeble with putting in new stairs with Shane and the 2 plasterers mat Brown and Danny brain and thanks to Shannon keeping us up to date with everything. all these staff are an asset to the company their work was outstanding and my mother would like to thank them very much for all that they have done for her and hopfully have resolved our problem many thanks Mr pring
