A job that was professionally and skilfully undertaken. Good set up and preparation in advance of undertaking a comprehensive woodworm treatment throughout my historic barn. The Probor product was applied thoroughly and efficiently, with eye to detail and tidiness at every stage of the works.

We can’t thank all the staff involved in our recent home upgrade project enough - Stefan completed several on site surveys and visits and gave both expert advice and reassurance, especially as it was a new area of home improvements for us. Toni was always super helpful and really friendly at the end of the phone/email and all staff who came to the property were friendly, polite, professional and worked in a dedicated and skilled way to meet their deadlines. Brian and Derek were amazing and it was a really comfortable experience having them working in our new home. Considering the extent of the work being done the staff onsite made the experience really straightforward and they completed the tasks quickly. The quality of work thus far has been really impressive. Thanks to you all - we really appreciate all you do and look forward to having additional work done in 2026.

Excellent Service from start to finish. Gareth the supervisor, Liam the Technician and all of the office staff worked together as a team and did a great job for us. We highly recommend this company and will definitely request their expertise for any future waterproofing requirements.

The plasterers over the next two days Steve, his Father Brian and Davy were informative helpful and thoroughly professional, giving me advice for putting back the radiators painting tips etc.
All of them cleaned up thoroughly.

Great service and clean and tidy

Andrew White and his assistant did a terrific job plastering two bare brick walls following removal of dry rot and replacement with new timbers to skirting & floor. The plastering took a couple of sessions, for the first layer to dry then the final skim. Andrew is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work and the job was executed quickly and efficiently.

Nqobile came to install new skirting noards following damp proof work. She was efficient, pleasant and cleaned up after the work was done.

Peter Cox were amazing from start to finish - I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the team in the office, the surveyor and the two workman who came to do the actual job.

We were kept informed all the way through the process - by phone calls from the team - to the surveyor on his arrival time. We were provided with e-mails and paper copies of the full survey, including pictures etc. They found a date that suited us and again were kept informed about who was coming and the arrival time (which was 08:00am each day) the technician and plaster (Arvi) was sitting in his van at 07:45 waiting to start the first days work. He was great and protected the floors of the room and tried to clean as he went keeping as much dust down as possible which as he had to take the area back to brick couldn’t have been easy - at the end of his 3 days work he washed over the floor (once he removed the protective flooring) windows and also mopped out our hall. He made the process seem much less scary for me - and gave us lots of tips on how long to leave the area free and ventilated before putting furniture back painting. On Arvi’s final day the other technician Evet arrived to collect our old skirting boards to see if he could get a good match (they are old 1930’s styled skirtings) as the old ones couldn’t be put back. Evet then arrived as promised (and booked in) 5 days after the plastering had been finished to put the new skirting in place - before fixing the new skirting he painted both sides with a damp protective undercoat - again he vacuumed up any shavings and also cleaned the floor - he even vacuumed the wood shavings up from our patio (where he had been cutting the skirting to size).

The whole process took a week - and I cannot praise the whole team highly enough. We were kept informed from start to finish - including information on how we needed to prepare the area ourselves before the work was started - this all helped to make the process absolutely seamless. I would highly recommend this Company - great team - great work -

I felt both the initial survey and subsequent work was carried out very professionally and with care. The team were all great, very friendly and extremely hard working - although it was an unpleasant job that we weren’t looking forward to having done, we were able to trust them totally. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of this highly specialised service.

Another incredibly helpful survey from Mark Patrick at a main door flat in Jordanhill, west end. Mark's experience and insight together with his professional and engaging manner with my team and our tenants, landlords and home sellers sets him apart from his peers. I've been using Mark Patrick for more than a decade now and having instructed the majority of his competitors prior to meeting him, I would no longer trust anyone more than Mark.

Mark Patrick at Peter Cox has provided outstanding service from the initial contact. Mark came highly recommended to me and I can only echo that from my own experiences. It's good to find a company and individual that you can trust.

Like the many other 1-star reviews on here, I paid over £500 for a survey and just received a short visit from a genial chap followed by a generic emailed-quote for very extensive membrane-damp proofing. I absolutely feel like I've just been scammed out of £500 and several calls to their call-centre have failed to get anywhere. I have provided my customer/enquiry number as requested.

The installation went ahead in a very professional manner. The installers were very personable, worked non stop and took steps to ensure the work was undertaken with the minimum of mess. They thoroughly cleaned up after the installation and did not let the rain interfere with.the external work.

I paid two sets of survey fees due to confusion about whether my guarantee had been transferred and covered a call out. Thereafter it took over 3 week and numerous emails to try to obtain a refund for the first survey fee paid. I had to keep chasing and chasing. When it was finally refunded it was the lower survey fee that was incorrectly refunded. This inevitably resulted in more emails. Poor communication all round.

We paid for a damp survey after home buyers survey identified two small areas of damp either side of downstairs wetroom, surveyor came out and agreed on the two areas however his report identified 3 additional areas that had 'patches' and quoted to do the work.
He did not mention any other areas whilst at the property.
There is no outward sign of damp and our damp meter shows low level (below10) on the other 3 walls.
I requested the readings and where the patches were identified and they have not been forthcoming with this.
I have phoned and asked for another surveyor to come out and repeat the tests on these walls and show us the readings and I am still waiting for a call back. This is holding up and jepeodising our sale.

From the start I’ve had very good communication with Steph to get the job done. Justin who came to do the job did it well and left the place in good order.

The workman were punctual, polite and highly professional. I really can't fault anything. They gave my complete peace of mind and not only did they excel in their workmanship they also showed respect to me and my home. Outstanding.
