Very disappointed having used pp on a…
Very disappointed having used pp on a regular basis the lack of communication regarding issues with dpd is conflicting. Nearly a week after ordering then item has been despatched not by dpd but Royal Mail so if the item does not arrive in the next 2/3 days it will be after Christmas totally unacceptable

I order eye ointment for my dog Stanley and was so impressed with the speed of the delivery, I had ordered the products on the 17th November, I placed the order and the vets emailed the prescription to me, then the same day I had an email from yourselves saying the prescription and order had been received and had been accepted. This company is fantastic,there is no mucking about and you just get the prescription from the vets (£16.00) order the flea stuff,pay for it and send the script off. You receive it within the week.They are polite,helpfull and have all the answers to any animal issues which you have 10 out of 10
