Temu use a few end delivery companies. Imile are great. Deliver all days and they are fast once customs are cleared.
This firm are an absolute joke and shouldnât be in business. I can only think they are massively understaffed. Itâs pot luck if they are the end delivery company when you will get your parcel. Communication is non existent when you send a query.
Will I get 3 outstanding packages when. I have already received other parcels that hit into brisbane airport later? God knows. Temu need to dump these clowns.

Did not receive my goods even though they said they were delivered. Would not have bought from the seller had I known that was the courier service they used.i have had problems with this company before.
The seller told me to ask my neighbours or search around the house and grass. I have my house number clearly shown on my letter box. Clearly they are totally incompetent .

Parcels thrown over my fence into the garden where the garden was being watered at the time. Couldnât even be bothered opening the gate to put on my front step. I was home at the time but out the back. Very poor and incompetent delivery system.

As per other complaints false statement made by ""alleged"" driver that no one was home when delivery was supposedly attempted at 18:04 on day tracking said would be delivered.
Now saying back at South Melbourne depot and will be delayed owing to high volume of priority packages to be sorted, more likely to be opened and selected for theft reading what others have said.
How is a company with so many similar complaints allowed to continue defrauding customers.

Rating would be 0 if it could. My son spent over AUD$500 on product from an International supplier. These were his Christmas presents. Unfortunately, nothing was received, just some strange update that it has gone missing at the shipper, who was PF Logistics. Shipping information on the PF Logistics website says the parcel arrived in Sydney 3rd January. Still nothing. The shipping company PF Logistics, cannot find it, they say it is missing however, my guess - stolen. Not a word from PF Logistics who actually "lost" the parcel. Then the Supplier insults us by saying we should have taken out insurance, then offer AUD $17 compensation or approx 3% of total spend, even though it is the Supplier who has opted to use PF Logistics to complete the shipping. Both PF Logistics "the shipper" and the Supplier are not professional, provide poor customer service and are money hungry and are definitely not recommended. I have told Sugargoo just how poor PF Logistics are and they should seek out another shipper. Worst still, despite all of my attempts to contact PF Logistics, I have never heard from them. Seemingly don't care as they are happy to lose other people's property. Stay well away!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Another scam delivery company... I am so sick of parcels being sent with companies like this that 'lose' things. It seems deliberate and very scam like. No phone number, emails aren't responded to, shipping is never updated, just scam scam scam. I will be reporting them to the ACCC scam watch as well as U DEL who are probably the same company... If some one send with this company, complain immediately and have a refund issued because they are absolutely a joke.

Goods ordered from Myer Online arrived at PFL couriers on 3rd of Jan it's now the 13th Jan apparently it's still being sorted. Not a reliable courier company at all. Trying to call them on 02 9746 9997 this is my 32nd call from 4.15pm - 5.15pm, rings out.

Rediculous situation where driver attempted to deliver parcel to units and couldn't find the front of the building or was to lazy, unlike other delivery services. Obviously went to public carpark at back. Received message, delivery attempted no access. Not the first time for this company. I wish companies would stop using them.

Absolute ABOMINATION of a delivery company! I have had quite a number of packages unfortunately assigned to them from different online businesses and I am yet to actually receive a single package! I have had some arrive at their sorting facility simply to be immediately returned to sender without even an attempt to deliver, "deliveries" at apparently 9pm on a weekend that never occurred but state they have been left in a safe place, return to sender deliveries due to me apparently not home to accept even though they aren't needing a signature and I am always at home with a dog who barks whenever anyone comes on property so I can't have missed multiple attempts! I have tried contacting many times and never receive a response.

The usual story - as borne out by the examples given in other posts. Claimed I was out when I was in, claimed the parcel was 'left in a safe place' when there isn't one. Eventually sent 'proof of delivery' that was a photo of the a parcel left behind a bush on public land outside of the complex. Didn't respond to the follow-up criticism.

This has been the worst experience ever! I havenât received my package, yet the company claims it has been delivered. I contacted their support, and they insisted it was delivered, but that is simply not true. Iâve checked everywhere, and there is no sign of my item. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I demand a full refund or a replacement immediately. I would never recommend this company to anyone â avoid them at all costs if you care about your time, money, and peace of mind!
