VERY POOR SERVICE. My parcel was on their facility for how many days. Then it has been updated to “unable to deliver due to insufficient address. The hell! My address is correct and complete. You didn’t even contacted me. You’re making false statement and excuses. The expected delivery of my parcel was on the 9th of Dec. It’s already 14th and still didn’t receive my parcel!

This company deserves “NO STARS.” The WORST company ever and WORST customer service. Had to go directly to these guys 2 get an update on my Shein Parcel with 23 items in it, and she can say was it went to their new site in Willawong for re-labeling and transfer to Aramex. They re-labeled it to Aramex for delivery but Aramex never received my parcel and is still waiting till this day to receive it so they can deliver my parcel to me. My tracking information on the PFL says “Manifest” since the 29/11/24, and hasn’t been updated since. Went to their warehouse again in Heathwood Qld and called them straight out “THEIVES.” Those were Christmas presents for family and thought I’d order it early November due to high volume of parcels in December, so I can receive it before then, but these AH drivers or workers stole my parcel and now I can’t get christmas presents in time for Christmas 😡😡😡 Shein please do not use this company ever again in future, they need to be shut down and never operate their filthy, theive ass, lying s***t again

PFLOGISTICS showed photographic evidence that they delivered our item to the wrong address. when they realised it they stopped communicating with us. no contact number and no accountability for abismal service. very unprofessional

Having items delivered by this company is stressful - like you've taken a gamble on getting the items you've paid for.
Can't be contacted, ignore any online inquiries.
Weeks to go interstate with little or no tracking. Onboard for delivery yesterday with no sign of parcel yet.
Looks like they pass items off to a company called Freightsters which is just a clownish in it's website, no-replies and service.
Any company that sends my products via these companies will get 1 star. I paid, I expect my products.

This is the second time that I have had an issue with this freight company last time it took me 3 days after the latest delivery day. This time it is a week and still counting. No one has tried to contact about why the delivery has been delayed. If not delivered in the next week I will be contacting the seller to drop this company as a delivery agent as they are very USELESS AND EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE.

I got a notice that my order was onboard with the driver for delivery. After 5 days it still has not arrived. I emailed them and they "raised a ticket". Since then nothing. I email every morning asking when the delivery is happening, but no reply. Apparently they passing on the delivery to a company called: Freightster.
Am now wondering if they keep orders and sell them privately?

Worse shipping company being used in aus?
Now at 14 days for all of my parcels ordered from ebay (ebay sellers also lying by using an aus post logo on the picture)
And every single one is late/delayed with no updated tracking information in over 2 weeks. Apparently sitting at a facility which is my nearest city that even aus post deliver within a day once it reaches there as its only 2 hours away. I'm not even that far out regional I'm still in the zones that get fast shipping. I think this company needs to be shut down and investigated even. Ebay sellers need to stop using them because surely it's just causing a debt with all the refunds people request because of this dodgey service. I requested all mine to be refunded because pf logistics can't even respond to me.
I ordered a lot of items to relieve pain in a diabetic with neuropathy among other pain relieving items and I feel had for them as they are still waiting on me to receive
I have more than 1 parcel awaiting but here is my most expensive that was apparently "sent" on the 8th November. Now it is the 23 November

Ordered a package from TEMU on 21 September. PFL were supposed to be delivering on the 5 October. Says it’s at the depot and been there for over a month. Still not delivered.

I have been waiting for my parcel which has been sitting in the Brisbane Depot since 11 November. I have tried to contact them and they have no phone number and the Sydney office will not answer their phone. Why do companies use these people it is shameful. I am going to the Office of Fair Trading to lodge a complaint

I had the worst experience with this unprofessional company. The customer service is awful. The delivery man was awful, they throw all packages everywhere except the right point. One of my neighbors found my package accidentally and gave it to me, and about my recent delivery, never delivered to me, I tried to be in touch with them and sent several emails and messages but unfortunately up to now I don’t have any response

I can't believe the slowness of this company to deliver packages from time of pick up at the airport to delivery is unbelievable. You can add at least 10 days to your delivery time through this company. How they have stayed in business staggers belief. If I could give minus stars I would. This is the second time I had to use this service and both times they have been a major let down. No point in contacting them because they won't get back to you

I waited about 3-4 weeks for delivery. Finally yesterday the parcel arrived. The goods were in good condition and not harmed in any way. In giving them my address I left off "Kankama Retirement Village" which I gave them last Friday. I know it was a bad experience but I may also have some blame with the address.it only took 4 days from when I gave them the full address.

Terrible. Waiting for my delivery from Shein, got a message to say it was out for delivery on Sunday, it never came and I get a message from Shein saying my delivery was attempted failure - whatever that means. I was home all day. Tried to email the company 3 times without any response. What can be done as this order is over $600.

Claimed to deliver items on public holidays when residents aren't home, and did not leave in safe place. Driver allegedly left large item in plain sight of road and passers by. Failing to accept liability for not safely delivering or leaving item in a safe and inconspicuous manner. Discugusting customer service and negligence on the part of this company. Refusing to remedy situation. Highly do not recommend service. Zero star rating unavailable but deserved

Have to be the worst courier company ever to deliver my parcel. It was about a week late, then they delivered it to me on the October long weekend on Sunday and left it out the front on the footpath for anyone to steal.
They never bothered to come and knock on the door. I get deliveries all the time from Australia Post with no problems.

I have 3 parcels from TEMU that have been at the Brisbane depot for over a month no attempt at delivery. I do not expect to ever receive them, Since TEMU has gone to this company the deliveries have not happened. You are either incompetent dishonest or both

Cretins delivered a package, on a long weekend, without any prior notice & left on our front porch, clearly visible to anyone walking past. Needless to say, it wasn't there when we got home.
Their driver could have put it behind the couch, next to the front door, but he was either too stupid or didn't care or both !

The guy that just delivered from PF Logistics literally just threw the parcel over the fence. Am relieved it wasn't fragile. I don't think it was the items first but of rough handling as the packaging looked like it had been used as a football. Looks like many others have had similar or worse issues from their reviews too.

I agree with all othe 1 star assessors... These guys are thieves... my package was never delivered... like SO MANY OTHERS

The delivery address is a hospital with one way in and cctv everywhere... no evidence of their delivery vehicle.

DO NOT USE THEM OR USE THEM AND KISS YOUR PACKAGE GOOD BYE.
