The range and impression amount of luxury cars and SUV's stocked took me back compared to other showrooms I've visited recently.

I bought a BMWX3 from Phantom with warranty servicing and ceramic coating ( get the coating!!!) . It’s fair to say it didn’t go completely smoothly but any company can get a five star review when everything is perfect , the true five star measure is how they deal with problems and Phantom ( I really mean Ellie and the after sales team where exceptional. I have previously used so called specialist BMW independent garage but to be honest the service and attention I got from Phantom was far superior and they after sales team will be getting all my car servicing will from now on despite it’s actually a 30 mile drive instead of 2 .

They even reimburse me for the uber to pick up my car …. I’ve never heard of anyone doing that . I’m stunned for words ( now that’s six star service )

Longin has been absolutely brilliant with me when purchasing and enquiring about my new Audi a1. Considering this car is only my second car it was so nerve racking trying to find a decent company with the worry of potentially being ripped off. I had a great experience buying my car from Alistair at Phantom Motor Company. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and never made me feel under any pressure. Even though I was a bit overwhelmed and nervous throughout the process, Alistair stayed calm, focused, and reassuring. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made everything as straightforward as possible.

The car was exactly as described, and ready for collection. Even with the finance and paperwork, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. To top it all off, I even received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which was a really nice! I don’t normally get free gifts when buying things 🥹, so it was a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more memorable.
